Love this place. After 3 weeks my nails still beautiful!

Extremely rude. I came in 20 mins after they opened to get a nail fixed (acrylic, plain white, and I prepped the nail beforehand by removing all acrylic and trimming it). This service would have taken 10 mins, however, the gentleman refused to service me because they were “too busy all day”. This salon welcomes walk ins and there were no other patrons waiting. I was in no hurry and easily could have waited. Would not recommend.

I’ve been going to elegant nail for about 6 years and am very happy with their work, basically. And that depends on the staff person.

My fav by far is Henry, his gel nails last !!

When family is in town I always plan a trip to to salon.

Everyone in the salon is great, saying hello when you arrive and always some one to answer any question. Prices are fairer

My husband was there with the full grooms party for pedicures and he enjoyed his experience. It was all of their first time getting a pedicure and they were very friendly and inviting. He highly recommends it. It is located by a grocery store and is in a complex with other stores. Lots of free parking available. Good prices and very friendly staff. It was my husband's first time and they mad him feel incredibly comfortable.

Went yesterday with my sisters to have a girls day to get mani pedis and i woke up today with a red toe and puss comimg out. I hardly ever go to get pedicures cuz i do my own but my sister wanted to spend time together. So not sure how things work. 1st they used plastic bags to put water in where i soak my feet. 2nd she pulled her tools from under a small cabinet and the where in what looked to be a pencil holder. That looked dirty and i wasn't sure she got new sterile tools cuz i was talking to my sister. This is why i do my own toes. Never going back to this place again.

This is a nice place to go most days. They seem to do their best to accommodate walk ins and have got me in most times I go without an appointment. I got acrylics and they lifted within 2 weeks so that was disappointing but I'll give them a pass because I was not doing a great job keeping them dry. I like the way my nails look when I leave. I am taking away one star because I am 80% certain the gentleman doing my nails was talking about me assuming I didn't understand but I understood partially what they said. I don't like that they are still requiring masks for people who have received the covid vaccine. Most places have moved forward trusting their customers will do the right thing and wear one if they should.
