the lady was the nicest! i showed her a photo i wanted and she made my nails identical, highly recommend this place
I’ve been here multiple times and the customer service has always been bad. Today, due to the language barrier and the extremely grouchy nature of the gentlemen, there was a communication issue. I wanted a full set of nails and didn’t realize that wasn’t what he was doing until he put the base coat on. I asked if we could just put on the acrylic nails and he yelled at me in front of two other customers. I apologized and said ok let me just stop. He continued to yell and said you have to pay you have to pay. I said absolutely I’m paying but you are very upset. He took me to the register and charged me the full $35, still yelling at me! I’ve had my nails done many times, changing directions would not have been difficult… maybe 5 minutes of his time. There weren’t even people waiting behind me. Instead he chose to loose a customer over the situation. I’ve been treated poorly but never yelled at AND charged when the owner makes a mistake and refuses to fix it. Reading the other reviews it seems like I’m not the only one who has caught this guy on multiple bad days.
Male (owner) is very rude, disgusting, and unprofessional. I’ve been coming here for months. He yelled at me because I asked for help locating a polish book. He continued to yell after I asked him to calm down and help me. I was so shocked and hurt. I will not be going back.

Gentle on while sanding and was done in about 30 minutes, didn’t even wait long. My set was $50. The tips are wider than I had hoped but overall, I love them.
A 15 minute wait has turned to an hour and the guy is pretty rude about it. Somehow them not knowing how to manage their time has become my problem and an extremely frustrating experience. He was sure to take his smoke break though. ????????♀️????????♀️
Went in as a walk in, wait time was very reasonable only complaint is the tech dug a little deep on one corner of a toe . Hours later still red and very tender
