A picture is worth a thousand words. Not only was I cut, but the nails are different lengths and the acrylic job was sloppy. There is acrylic goo all in the crevices of my nails and the shaping was terrible. If I complain in the shop everyone looks at you like you're a Karen. So, I just won't go back. Terrible nail job, wasn't worth the 40.00 I paid.
The initial application of my nails was by far the most painful of the process. He burned my nails beds a few times with the drill. He used a METAL drill on my bare nails and a USED sanding band. His tools did not look sanitized at all. When he applied my nail tips he dipped them in monimer and applied them on WET nail glue which caused another burn as that mixture is FLAMMABLE. Super disappointed in the carelessness of the tech for a customers natural nails. Now the nail shape and art are great and he dry is so a good job of that.
The woman who did my daughter's nails was so nice and she so kind to her.
For the price he did discount the service for my birthday which was very kind
Not a good place. They cut my friends skin on one of her toes during our pedicures. They still wanted to charge us full price. They made us still pay half, but we feel like it should have been free. Won't go there again!
Had one of the worse experiences getting my nails and pedicure done. I took my 14 year old daughter with me to have a mom and daughter day. Everything was rushed like they didn’t care. ( This was in a Tuesday early afternoon) My pedicure was done in 20 min as you can see from the pictures my nail polish was rushed and not done right. My daughters water was burning hot and she had to tell me to to cook it down. My water was ice cold. Then came the towels. The lady doing my daughters pedicure didn’t cool down the hot towels burnt her. My nails were botched and my hand massage was not relaxing. Maybe a 15 second massage which was rough. Our bill came out to $110.00 and that was maybe a $40 per and mani for both of us. My lady talked to the whole time to the other staff. Not thrilled.
I just needed a clear rebase and my nails have lines and red blotches. My daughter wanted a basic manicure with her nails left long. One hand was left long, the other hand was cut short. The girl passed the tools over the nails without actually performing a service. That was $60 down the drain!
I had my first pedi in quite some time on Friday and loved it! Andy got me right in, great deluxe pedi with calf exfoliation and massage. The price has only gone up by $5 which I think is great considering how high inflation has become. I will def be back for a pedi in the future.
I had the best manicure and pedic!! Tina is the best ever! I had a serius issue on my toe,she fixed it with laser treatment. It is healed! I was going to dr ,they wanted to remove my nail!! Thank goodness I went to Tina at Edens nails!!
HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Ive come two times to this place first time was with my mom, we came in at the same time obviously but they didn’t start my pedicure until after my moms while the guy took a walk in instead of taking care of us the same time. Second and last time I came to this business I scheduled an appointment and when I got there, they wanted me to wait another hour for our pedicure.
