Stopped for dumplings after hearing about how good the food was here. Now we have to agree. The dumplings we had, boiled and pan fried were both delicious. We also shared some hot and sour soup which was very good and spring rolls. The robot delivery is unique and fun too. I really want to get back and try some if the other authentic Chinese menu picks. Will be back for sure.
Pleasantly surprised! I've never had AUTHENTIC Asian food and expected I wouldn't like it. But the dumplings and sweet- cream shrimp was really good. Shrimp came on a bed of lettuce instead of rice which I thought was odd but still good.
Best authentic restaurant in myrtle Beach. Food was outstanding, and I'm very picky. Service was great. Definitely will be back again!!!
Entrees were fantastic! Fresh and flavorful. Dumplings were good but not as good as I hoped they'd be. Pork egg roll was excellent.
This is review for Dumpling and Seafood Restaurant in the Galleria shopping center on Lake Arrowhead Road Myrtle Beach, SC. Great food!!! We ordered the pan fried chicken dumplings and the #49 Spicy Chicken. The Spicy chicken was very good. The chicken was a good sized portion of deep fried nugget type pieces, seasoned perfectly with hot spicy seasoning. It also came with white rice. The pan fried dumpling were home made fresh with tender chicken and was very tasty. Our server, Linda, was originally from China. She was so personable and sweet. She was very helpful with our selections. Linda made sure there were no issues with our food order and made our experience really enjoyable. They have a robot (accompanied by Linda) which was unique twist. This was our 1st trip to Dumplings and we had heard there were some issues initially when they opened but our experience was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be back.
We tried this place last night and liked it very much. The dumplings were so tasty! You could tell they were made fresh. Everything we ordered was delicious. We loved the cute robot delivering our food. The woman that waited on us and checked us out was so gracious and kind. We will be going back.
We drove 220 miles after someone we k ow had been to this place and spoke to us about it. Gotta say - we did not regret it. Super delicious and very authentic Cantonese cuisine, that is not altered for the “American” palette. Super yumm that we went back there three days in a row!!
Clean atmosphere and I can’t stop raving about the food, having been to so many all across Asia. Hope they stay this way and maintain high standards.
We certainly will not mind driving 4 hrs for this culinary experience again.
We came in for lunch while on vacation and were warmly greeted immediately. We tried the shrimp chive steamed dumplings and the fried pork dumplings. They were so fresh and light. Absolutely amazing! We then had salt and pepper shrimp (with head and shells on)WOW!! I have never had anything like this before and it was absolutely delicious. Such a light fry on the shrimp, but so crunchy and flavorful. We will be back again for sure. Was also really fun how the robot cat delivered our food. My daughter loved it. So cool! Excellent service and suggestions. Highly recommend
