The salon is beautiful, huge lovely sink area and everyone was lovley, however I did not get the cut I wanted. The hairdresser looked a bit confused when I said how I have my hair, it is always straighted & when it was cut he dried it under giving it volume so it looked good in the salon but not how I wear it. When I got home and straightened it it was nothing like what I wanted, so I am currently wearing a hat until it is long enough to get it cut how I like it
Had an amazing Indian head massage today. She also included a facial. The whole experience was extremely chilled out and relaxing. Thank you so much. Tina
I had a 40min back, neck & shoulder massage done by a lovely young lady named Santa!
First impressions, after being shown out the back to wait, was the lovely decor, friendly & organised staff.
Santa gave me a lovely massage, checking how firm & listened to my needs. Lovely & friendly person.
After coming out, & having telling one of the owners (a twin, owning & working in it with his brother), about Santa's great treatment & complimenting the staff I'd come across, I had a little chat with him & he's a lovely guy too. Couldn't fault the place, treatment & staff. Keep it up!!

Extremly disappointed,very upset. Regret getting my hair done at DNK.Natalie cut my long hair short..really short..above shoulder length.and my hair colour a disaster.will not be heading back there.
They used to be good before but after this awful experience wouldn't reccomend DnK at all.
I might run out of adjectives to say how amazing the staff at DNK are. I popped in on the off-chance to see if they did children's hair, and explained that my son has additional needs and sensory issues that mean he's never had a haircut before.
What followed is possibly one of the best and impressive business practice of inclusivity and care that I've ever experienced.
A quiet time was found for us so we were the only people there. Staff, Lottie and Connor were amazing, letting my son explore and get settled and really going above and beyond to make him feel relaxed.
We weren't rushed, they were simply brilliant with my son. He got a great haircut, which the stylist managed to do under extremely limiting circumstances.
We got absolute star treatment and I'm beyond delighted that my son has had such a great first experience and now less anxiety about going again.
This place is a credit to the industry and I cannot recommend them enough
Once again DNK have provided a superb Goldwell keratin treatment . Lottie knows exactly how to give the best treatment and advice on this service . She’s honest and will give a professional assessment before the treatment . The results are always spot on. Only the best products used - always really reasonable and they make a great cup of tea !
