Dilbi is a hidden gem in the city of Antwerp, the warm welcome in a cozy home feeling Syrian restaurant. The family is amazing and very kind, the food the so delicious and colorful. I have really enjoyed my evening. Thank you team Dilbi♥️
Had a lovely dinner with a group of friends here, the service was friendly and quick! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the baba ganoush was delightfully smoky and the lamb was cooked to perfection.
A cosy place with very delicious food! I was with my family in Antwerpen and we went to have dinner at Dilbi. The food was very delicious, the staff was really friendly and we enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended for a nice and authentic dinner. We didn’t do a reservation, so they work with and without reservations!
Food Is really tasty and portions are fair, taste is balanced and service is kind and punctual! Dessert was a real plus! If I have to say something is about the prices a little high but the concept of the place itself is nice anyways !!
This was a great discovery. We were looking for a middle east restaurant and somehow we ended up in this Syrian restaurant
We called last minute and they told us that there was space. The restaurant was crowded but not full which was a surprise after trying their food.
The menu is quite simple, not very extensive. We (as always) over-orderer in order to try more things and everything was just delicious.
We started with a hummus, it was simply delicious, served with flatbread. I missed a bit of a better olive oil on top of it, but that might be my Spanish blood, so will not complain about this.
We also ordered falafel and a vegetarian dish with eggplant served covered with bread.
Everything was extremely familiar but also had a twist to it.
All service was very sweet and attentive. Something to highlight. The only con I would put to our visit is that they were a bit slow. The atmosphere was great and I was there with my partner and the atmosphere was great and friendly so the wait did not bother us, but to bring the first dish (hummus) it took around 30 minutes.
The price point was on the affordable side if you take into account location, quality and serving sizes (we took 3 dishes for 2 people, a glass of wine and a bottle of water, we spent around the 60-70 euros and we were very full).
Also, I do not know the reason but they offered every table a dessert for free which was amazing. Some type of cream (pannacotta texture - Syrians and Italians do not kill me for botching the respective desserts) with rose flavour and a strawberry coulis. Delicious!
I will happily go back to try other dishes as everything looks amazing!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant with some friends, and I must say that I was blown away by the entire experience. From start to finish, the meal was absolutely out of this world, and I can confidently say that this restaurant is now at the top of my list of favorite dining spots.
First and foremost, the food was simply amazing. Every dish we ordered was prepared to perfection, bursting with flavor and freshness. It's clear that the chefs here take great pride in their work, and the quality of the ingredients and attention to detail truly shone through in every bite. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, there are plenty of options on the menu to satisfy every palate.
Aside from the food, the atmosphere of the restaurant was also incredibly cozy and inviting. The decor was stylish and tasteful, and the overall ambiance was warm and welcoming. It's the kind of place where you can easily relax and enjoy your meal, without feeling rushed or uncomfortable.
And last but not least, the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home. Our server was attentive and helpful, offering great recommendations and making sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
All in all, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. With delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and outstanding service, it truly has everything you could want in a restaurant. I can't wait to come back and try more of the amazing dishes on the menu!
Okay, this place is underrated. Even though the ratings are so high. The falafel was the best that I've had since Jordan. The owner is absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere is cozy. Just need them to be a little bit bigger to have a room for more seats ????
Literally the only lebanese good restaurant out there in antwerp or even belgium, and it’s exquisite ! Food is top, service is amazing, ambience is very pleasant.
