There were 2 young ladies on duty. When I told one of the ladies what I was interested in she said go look yourself. So much for excellent customer service. Will never return or refer anyone to this location. Lazy girls.????

it's okay it's in the good neighborhood but i mean but it's right off of the main highway on 159th across the street from Walgreens and they have cameras on the property there's also a tattoo shop food shops and also a nail salon so it's the place I hang out for a couple hours a day on when I'm there to get all my high maintenance done and great prices No ATM inside of the hair and beauty store

I stopped here because I was eating next door at trick daddy restaurant and needed a scarf. Decent place had alot of different styles of hair and products a lil over priced but what isn't in Miami. Clean store and the people are friendly

Brinae Was Such A Good Help She Provided Me When Everything I Needed….This Is My Go To Hair Supply Store All The Time

I've going here for over 20 Years and Sonny sold me a wig that said 100% human hair and it came apart in my hands. It was frizzling up and tangling. I called and told him and he said he would tell the vendor. He didn't offer me a refund or exchange. He knows me by first name and I feel very disrespected. This wig was $200. I almost bought two but one of his workers told me I didn't need two. I should taken that as a red flag. I feel raped. He knew it was garbage and didn't even give me a store credit.

this store has great looking hair but the hair gets knotted quickly. So I brought my own hair this time. And I also went to this store yesterday so get a middle part with straight hair and this lady named kayla took my braids out and redid them. WHAT?!? She wasn’t even on time I asked the man at the front what time is she coming he said she is supposed to be here at 4:00 and she is coming. I was waiting for atlest 30 minutes. When she first started she asked me if I wanted a middle part or side part. I told her middle part then I ended up with a side part with my hair left out in the front. She told me to wear a headband to cover the left out part. I was VERY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED because I didn’t pay all of this money to wear a headband because you messed up. She said it will take about 30-45 minutes but instead over 1 hour and 30 minutes. It was the worst service and hairstyle I’ve ever had in my life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THEIR HAIR DONE BY KAYLA OR GO TO THIS STORE AT ALL!!!!!!! Terrible ????
