Pleasantly surprised. Great value for money with all food orders and drinks. Food not only pleasing to the eye but very tasty. Good atmosphere with nice music. Furniture could be repaired or upgraded, still worth going. Good size outdoor area. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Even meat eater were complaining about uncooked food
Well located. Friendly staff and rapid service. Decent choice of Brasserie food. The salads were OK but not really good - a bit uninspired.
The reason to go to Vilvoorde is the horse steaks you can get there. Unfortunately the small restaurant ‘horse house’ was closed so I went to the Koning van Spanje. The steak was strange!?!? It had a weird taste. The salad and the french fries were also very poor. The owner didn’t look very interested in his customers which reflects the taste of his food. Very poor. However the serving lady and young man were very nice. I cannot recommend this place, at least not for the food.
Not impressed with the performance of the waiter. Ordered a coffee. It was warm at most, had been sitting on the counter for some time probably. Asked for sparkling water, got non-sparkling. Got the feeling that our welcome was limited in time. Sorry guys, this is a "failed".
Amazing place. Coffee taste was perfect and they serve it decently. The prices are acceptable. Cozy place to spend time
Nice place to sit down and have a drink with someone. On some hot summer days you can sit outside, and that's recommended!
The prices are not to expensive btw
Food is lower than average, the waiter didn't speak English but he nevertheless said my veal steak of the house from English menu coresponds to meatballs in tomato sauce from Dutch menu, forgot to bring my mashed potatoes, when he did they were made of instant granules or powder. The staff doesn't speak Spanish either, making the King of Spain just a randomly chosen name.
