I didn't think the man doing my nails was doing them right. I tried to stop him. He laughed at me shoved my hands under the light. I tried to show him the mistakes again before he put more polish on. He called me a baby. So someone else took over. They looked horrible and then I got an infection. Not professional and jerks

The amount of time we spent in your salon is absolutely ridiculous. almost 4 hours is too long! I used to come here all the time and it was just fine. I came today and it was a mess. You clearly can not keep employees and you are losing major service. In my time being here I watched multiple customers walk out after waiting 30 minutes to an hour. I also watched you guys tell multiple people to come back at a certain time and STILL not be ready to serve them. I am very disappointed with the timely manner. On the bright side, our nails look good.
It’s the second time I’ve been there and both times I get a peaceful visit and enjoy my nails for months. There prices are great and both times they have listened to what I’ve wanted. Quick service, clean place and I’ve been very satisfied. Will deffinately keep goin there when I want or need mine done
I switched to this Salon a few months ago and have been very happy with my results. Lynn always does mine and getting in for an appt with her is never an issue. If I have a break, she is always happy and available to fix it. Their hours of operation can't be beat either. So far, I have no complaints!
In order to get the old bad job off, they filed them off after I told them twice that I didn't want the top of my real nails filed because it is bad for them and made them so thin that I can't even wash my hands without my nails bending backwards! Since when does a manicure NOT include cleaning under your nails? I work for a living!! This is supposed to be a treat, not a stress filled, cringing, argument! And this is supposed to be their specialty?
