Hands down the BEST nail salon in Longmont. I've tried several since moving to Longmont and I definitely know I'll be back here! Kay did amazing - her kindness, attention to detail, and just , everything was 110%. This salon was by fair the cleanest nail salon I've ever been in, and the whole experience wowed me. Thank you Kay and JH Nail for caring about your guests and making my day better!
My mom and I have been looking for a nail place in Longmont for over a year, and we have now found it! We both had a great pedicure, which included hot stones, massage, hot towels, and an after pedicure massage. Sarah and Annie were very nice and did great a great job! JH nails is clean and spacious. I got charged 81 for an employee to cut my toes I left my service crying and all they did was take off my previous nail color from before. I had told her she was hurting me but she bushed it off. She continued with the service at this point I was just crying in silence till another employee noticed me crying helped me I feel bad for complaining but this service was horrible. I was okay for paying for her removing the color but 81 for dollars while my friends got charged only 60 without tip. After I had left my friends said that these employees knew I was crying because she was cutting me. They all knew including the owner. Horrible place do not recommend ever.
I received an amazing pedicure! They took their time and had great attention to details. I would recommend this salon over many others in Longmont for sure!!
I don't even know where to begin. Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. $65 for a 18 minute job. After I told the lady I did not want her spa pedicure up charge she started to have an attitude and very rude towards me. I did have shellac on my feet prior to starting And that seem to bother her. She told me it would be additional $10 which I had no problem paying. After she had taken the shellac off I even asked her if there was a problem. Her response no problem but continued to be very rude.
At that time I should've just walked out. I'm not quite sure how a manicure could cost $58 either. Would stay away from this place. Obviously they don't appreciate our business and overcharge for a quick job

Amazing service, quick and relaxing. Don't understand how many people could leave bad reviews. My nails are short because I bite them, they are very understanding of it!
