This work wasn’t done correctly, She rushed into doing my nails leaving them buff and not filled, the colors is patchy, thick, and uneven. She rushed with my nails it was 40$ + 5$ tip. Never again.
I’ve been coming here for years. Jenny and her team are fabulous. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed and having to book ahead attests to the work they do. If you're a walk in and lucky enough to be squeezed in it’s because a customer cancelled. Yeah, they are that good. Nail art is second to none and their prices are fair.
They were really nice, but I noticed as I was driving my toe started hurting. I pulled over and this is what I saw ???? there were some blood before I took these pics
I highly recommend Elena here. She’s thorough, detailed and genuinely does great work. The salon itself is nicely decorated, clean and has an ATM machine inside in case you need cash. They work through the Vagaro app so it’s useful to make an account but you can always call the salon to schedule.
I’ve never read the reviews until today and I can CONFIRM this establishment sucks, I am a long time customer that is truly fed up. This business fails mainly because they have a receptionist that lacks time management skills, commonsense and manners. With only 3 skilled nail techs they truly can not run this business effectively which why long term customers are leaving.
I looooove this place!! They recently renovated the whole place and it looks amazing :-) it’s close to my home so it’s really convenient.
I had an inexperienced tech that kept filing into my cuticles. I asked for a glittery white nail she dipped my nails into glitter and I kept asking her is it going to look like the nails I want because I still see my nail base. She stated yes until her coworker told her she had to put white on first and then the glitter on the white. Now she filing my nails to start over. At this point I'm annoyed I asked her to leave them all white. I was not satisfied with finishing product, my nails were not smooth corner of nail not dipped. She put lotion on my hands before I washed them. Rubbing lotion and dust from filing is not sanitary and not good presentation. Then the next day 1 of my nails was chipping. There were other good nail tech there. TAI just need more practice.
I went to this salon because they had great reviews and I was told all the nail techs do great work. The reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the finished product was nice but did not last long. When you spend $70on getting your nails done you don't expect any to come clean off your natural nail within 3 days of being done( 2 of the 3 days which were spent driving) It was like I went to the store and brought a glue on nail set, that's how easy it came off. If I wanted something to last 2 or 3 days I surely wouldn't have spent $70 to do so.
