Been taking my son here for now about 7 years. Started with the women there now my son likes the gentleman better (he is shy with the ladies) ???? no complaints they are always really nice. Though I wish they would have a kids cut price. Even like 18 for kids and not 22 like the adults. Either way I'll still go. One great place and I highly recommend
If I could give 0 ????, that would be more accurate. This review comes from a local...…Unprofessional! The woman who runs the salon is rude and lazy. Talking on phone the whole time while working on customers hair, while me and my daughter waited for appt. We sat over an hour past our appt. time. My daughter just wanted a trim and braid. After being annoyed that my daughter wanted a wash also, she freaked out in front of the whole salon and barber shop saying my daughter had lice, she told all the customers to stay away from us and brought my daughter to tears. She checked my hair for a second and informed me I had lice also. I was pushed to pay for the full wash and cut and style, which my daughter DID NOT receive. And later I saw on my bill from my bank she gave herself a 20% tip which I did not authorize. We were humiliated and stunned. Her attempt at a braid was laughable. I called my Dr. and immediately went and spent over $75 on lice treatment for the whole family. My daughter had an allergic reaction to the medicine and had to be taken to the ER. The ER informed us NONE of us had lice!!!!!!! This horrible woman made my 13 year old cry and humiliated us. I tell everyone who asks me about this place to stay away. She should be ashamed of herself. I called the next day to inform them WE DID NOT have lice, and did not receive an apology or a refund. Horrible business that should have been sued for this. This woman is disgusting!
Yes excellent experience. Got a hair cut and usually in, sit in the chair and just want to get it done, pay and leave, go about my business and on to my next adventure, this time sat back and before I knew it, it was time to go,, Had a good conversation and on my way out the door I remember thinking I enjoyed my time here, Maybe to a few here my review might trigger a thought to when Barbe shop were more than just a place to go to get your hair cut, Can't say everybody's will be the same as mine but I will definitely be going back if for no other reason than the place was clean and yes, I got a mighty fine haircut,
Stopped in the barbershop for a haircut while we were visiting here. He took me as a walk in and it was a good experience. I enjoyed my chat with Mike and hearing a bit about his experience cutting hair for so many years. Excellent and skillful. Fastest & best cut I've received. Appreciated the advise he gave. If I need a trim next time we visit, I will be sure to come back.
The best, fastest, well priced cut around.. Mike has been cutting hair, probably longer than you been alive. He can cut ANYONE to a T. His classic/dapper men's cuts, are my favorite. Always worth it.
Lived in the area for three years and this was my first visit to Mike's. Great hair cut, old school neck shave, great conversation. Mike's personality is as good as his cuts! I have a new barber shop.
