If you care about getting good nail care for your natural nails then don’t go here. The lady who did mine was so harsh with my nails and she filled down so hard on my nails it hurt really bad. I’m not surprised that two weeks later a couple nails are already breaking up and my natural nails with it. I liked how my nails looked but it doesn’t matter if I end up in so much pain from how low grade the service was.

I walked in here because the place is super cute and spacious. The first time I came here I didn't have a good experience and my gel pedicure chipped day 3 because the job was so rushed and the lady was very rough. I decided to give the place another shot and Sai did my pedicure this time. She is amazing! She takes pride in her work, gives you a nice massage and has nice conversations. This is now my new spot.

I got there at a good time. I waited maybe 5 minutes before I was called back for my pedicure. The nail technician was nice, talkative and did a great job. I've been going here for the past few months and I will be back again and again.

Horrible experience and service. I’ve been here multiple times, and if they aren’t rushing you, then it will take an unnecessary three hours. As a person of color, you will not feel welcomed here.

Kay is the best. I drive 30 min to see her cause she is so great. Try to call ahead cause not everyone does acrylic and design.

I will never return here. I wont go into a detailed explanation, but The nail tech stole a pen that I dropped as I got up to leave... the owner knew she stole it and tried to help me look for it, because she heard it drop as well.

I used to love coming here, but they have been been terrible lately. I just left having a manicure with no polish, and the nail technician used a nail drill on only one hand. My right nails are now rough, and this will take months to grow out. I asked the technician why she did this and she said, "it will look prettier with colors".

She cut my nails too short where they are now bleeding. My toes were not even filed.

I had to go home and refile my nails and repaint my toes. I am very upset, because I paid $60 for a terrible service.

Everything was amazing. GF and I went to have an amazing time. The staff was excellent and professional from start to finish. They did an excellent job on the spa royal pedicure and manicure. I felt really valued as a customer. Super personable experience that I did not regret. The spa uses excellent high end products in a really gorgeous atmosphere. The place was truly stunning. The massage chairs were literally perfect. Every part of our deluxe packages felt worth it. Prices are super fair for the quality that you're getting. I will happily continue going to City Nails and Spa. I will also be recommending it to all my friends. This is one of the best experiences we've had and will be sure to return.
