I am Very transparent and truthful individual.
Sometime when you go into the nail shops they're not very welcoming especially if you don't know exactly what you want I don't think they purposely do it I think sometimes they just don't know how to engage and conversation especially of different backgrounds so it can seem very unfriendly but Cherry nails was very accommodating and also very hospitable that goes a long way with me as a pastor of a church and also ethnic diversity.

I was charged $35 for a polish change, I thought that was high but didn’t say anything and when I left I when online and saw that it should have been $10 and the lady was very rude! I will not be going back there

Next time I get a pedicure I will use Vivian. She gave the guy next to me the BEST foot massage I have ever seen

I got a full set and in 4 days one of my nails Already popped clean off.
I've only been going to this place for 2 or 3 months and I had 3 separate incidents already. Two times my gel polish bubbled a few hours after my appointment, into a million little hard bubbles on my nails. Not a good look. I also tried dip, and it turned into this weird gritty matte texture instead of smooth and shiny. I was on a packed schedule that day, but had to turn around to fix it ASAP because it looked so bad. Twice I had to go back to fix these things (very inconvenient) and won't be going back after this third time it happened. They don't look to see if they used a bad UV light or product, or maybe their technique is off. They don't care. They don't even apologize. I can chalk up most customer service mistakes to human error but when this is happening 50% of the time and they don't care to get to the root of the consistent problem, that's just not good business.
I've never had these problems with my nails at other salons, ever. I only tried to give this place a chance because I'm relatively new to the area and couldn't find a place with pink/nude colors. However, I'll have to keep looking for a decent nail salon around here.
This was my first time getting my nails done from this place. I just wanted a basic gel polish. At first I was happy with the finish but then 3 days later, it started peeling. Seriously? I’ve been trying my best to keep my polish on and not let come off completely. I’m so scared to do anything because I feel like my polish can come off any time and it is only the 5th day today! It’s definitely not gonna stay for two weeks. I need to get it removed now before it all comes off on its own.
I would never go back there the lady kinda rushed doing my nails and they aren't finally people .. the lady that did my nails she so rude
