Best WLM Reviews

Everyone enjoyed the meal but me. I was looking forward to this lentil soup but it was too spicy to enjoy. The delivery was more than an hour late and it didn’t help with the atmosphere at the table, everyone was hungry and gobbled down the food. It was very expensive and overpriced , not suitable for group parties.
I ordered via delivery and the I LOVE how well the food came packaged, labeled, and even with a nice note! The food was absolutely amazing!! The festival was the perfect treat after my vegan rasta pasta! Everything I ordered had so much flavor and was nice and hot when it got to me. Chef Rose definitely made a supporter out of me! I look forward to visiting in person!
Disappointed because I always order from here, and I ordered jerk chicken for the first time it was so flavorless and dry. Jerk chicken shouldn’t be so dry, the presentation is beautiful and packaging is always nice though.
Also $7 extra to have quinoa as one of the sides is ridiculous especially the jerk chicken already being $24… Sorrel wasn’t strong at all, I usually always get food from them so this was disappointing. Hopefully next time I try it’ll be better because I don’t want to give up on them just want them to acknowledge and do better by well paying customers.
The food here is the real deal. Excellent taste and texture. The ox tail was a show stealer. Everything was good.
The only problem is you have to call ahead cause our order took a whopping 45 mins to make and you really don't want to be stuck waiting in that little joint. There's also no bathroom.
My chicken was difficult to chew. My cabbage tasted old, like it was made the day prior. The rice was okay. I do like the jerk sauce.
Pack your patience. Orders can take a while. The place was clean. It's more of a walk up take out type of family business that it looks like. No restroom for customers, unless they have elsewhere, it wasn't noticeable in the front.
Food is a little pricier than surrounding the Caribbean restaurants.
The chef sames to have a lot of awards. If I am back in the area, I'll probably give them another chance just to be more certain of my reveiw.
But to some it up. 3.5 star.
First time here and everything was exceptional! Very welcoming and nice environment. Enjoyed the curry jerk chicken! It was truly a one of a kind experience. Definitely will be back! The owner was amazing????also everything is made to order, so the food was fresh! The lentil meatless soup is worth trying as well!
I ordered lentil soup and Rasta Pasta with Salmon. First problem… the soup was EXTA sweet like they threw sugar in it. I have never had soup that had sugar in it, or that had the amount of whatever they put in it to sweeten it. Personally it wasn’t eatable. So then I am like okay the pasta should be better… and it wasn’t… same problem, extra sweet. It turned me off and I was upset that I spent the amount of money I did, on food I couldn’t even stomach. The sweetness was very unbearable.
Chef Rose is a must try spot! The jerk chicken is smokey and filled with spices, the boneless jerk is flavorful and a little spicy, try it with a waffle to soak up those amazing flavors ???? the veggies are really well seasoned and the rice was great! Wash it all down with a sorrel ginger and you’ll be craving it all again by the time you finish.
