We love this place! It was our first time eating here and we loved the food! The whole vibe was very Philly and the staff were nice and amazing!

The Cheesesteak Grille is hidden in a mini strip mall off Sierra College Blvd. If you blink you might miss it. There is an impressive variety of cheesesteak sandwiches and side dishes to choose from. It's a mom and pop team, that take and make your order. The traditional cheesesteak sandwich arrived hot and steaming. It was a healthier, bland version of a cheesesteak sandwich without the grease. Something was missing in the taste. It could have been the huge pile of lettuce that didn't give the sandwich the authentic taste. I would recommend going with an original cheesesteak sandwich without the lettuce and tomato. It's not a great date spot, since there isn't anything to do besides grab a bite to eat. Very impressed with the flavors, variety of cheesesteak sandwiches and sides. I had the California Cheesesteak, a spicy sandwich with jalapeño’s that are actually spicy! My sons had the Traditional Philly Cheesesteak and the Pepperoni Pizza Cheesesteak. All three were prepared FRESH, brought to our table. Equally impressive is that the owner checked with us and other patrons to make sure were were happy with the food. All in all, big thumbs up! I will visit again.
Cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. Service was excellent and food was exceptional. Had the Traditional Philly cheese steak sandwich meal. It was enough for 2.
A truly authentic cheesesteak. They use Amoroso’s bread and import their meats. This is a family run shop and they’ve survived through the pandemic. That should say it all. An east coast steak on the west coast. Get a traditional with whiz.
The quality of ingredients in the menu items available is top notch. The only thing i could suggest to improve on would be to make standard the use of more cheese in certain cheesesteak sandwiches.
Their chili cheese fries are delicious. The price is fair. The service is above most establishments. Definitely will be coming back to this store and bringing the family with me.
Hands down- favorite cheesesteak sandwich in Northern California. Pepper cheesesteak with cheez whiz and add jalapenos. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and the quality of food consistent. 5 stars always!
