Some of the best airport food I have had. The chicken fingers and fries were great. The BBQ sauce is also very good, reminds me of Wendy’s. At only $11 for the meal, it is on the cheaper side of airport food as well. I wish they had these at every airport! The food came out quick too! (~6 minutes)
They treat their customers poorly because their patrons are stuck in an airport and probably won't come back anyway. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink and when I went to get a refill on my drink the lady said they don't do refills even though they don't have it posted anywhere. It was a fountain drink, and she was standing next to the drink fountain when she told me that. She could have easily just taken 20 seconds and given me a refill, but she didn't. No where is it posted that they don't do refills.
Horrible Burger everything is cold. Why call it a meal when a drink isnt included. They only fill tray with half amount of Fries. Better off heating up your burger outside on the road.
Mediocre food. $18 for double cheese burger and fries. No drink. When I asked for barbecue sauce, they said it was 75 cents. And they were packaging them selves into small containers. It's not like there was a huge overhead cost. It's the airport, what are you going to do.
Definitely better than a McDonald's. Burgers tasted similar to Backyard Burger. We enjoyed them. Customer service was friendly too.
The fries were great 5 Star, but the burger tasted like it wasn't even made from meat, 1 Star. It was bland and had a non greasy texture, like it has lots of grain in it. The price was almost 15 dollars after tax for the classic 'meal,' which includes only the burger and fries... No drink. That was too expensive, but at the airport, choices are limited, and they probably have to pay a location fee.
$35 for two of the most disgusting burgers I’ve ever had. Eat anywhere else. Natty dried meat, with tiny scraps of lettuce that would not stay on the bun, had it any condiments to hold it. For $5 I’d be annoyed. For $35...?!
I walked up to the register as the only one in line with no customers waiting for their food either. VERY dead - even after we sat and observed while eating. Now I know why…
Instead of a welcoming greeting, they shout “YA GOT TIME!?”
When I ask for clarification, they repeat the statement instead of having an actual conversation about wait times. Then a manager comes up and interrupts our interaction to tell the register worker that “we ain’t sellin no more hamburgers”.
The remainder of the interaction was far from friendly or welcoming.
So… needless to say…. Pay extra for a better burger at the bar next door.
