I pickup for delivery and this place is never working on the order in fact yesterday the guy working was like looking for the car before starting the order then proceeded to make up his own rules instead of his job. I'll be contacting corporate this morning in regards to this guy because false accusations are a crime.
I ordered 2 fish sandwiches fresh, as you see when I got home I had 1 fish & 1 burger. I couldn't eat the burger because it had onions on Im allergic to them. The manager told them when I got to the window. He said 2 fresh fish at the window, be bag my food and he bag it wrong. I call them I got the voicemail.
I have been sitting waiting to even reach the drive thru window for almost 30 minutes ???? terrible. Finally got to the window and they didn’t have my food ready nor my order right ???? there was a lady going off and ranting as well. Last time here. Food was good though and David had wonderful customer service
2 fish for 3 dollas coupon and they charged me $4.80 thats way more than 6% tax. This place practice unlawful stuff. Either that or they charged me regular price when i showed them my coupon and they scanned it too. Smh yall do better
I would give zero stars if I could. Sat here waiting 30 minutes for a pickup order around 1am on 2/9 ( being specific about the time and date so hopefully management can pinpoint which employees literally ignored me while socializing with other guests and not making any food).
I know it’s Checkers and not some fancy steakhouse or something but dang, I at least expect my food to be made within 45 minutes of it being ordered and sitting and waiting at the store for 30 minutes. Or at least some kind of explanation and not being waived off multiple times by the staff.
DO NOT GO HERE!
My chicken was hard as a rock. My fries were cold. I threw away 99.9% of my meal. Waited fifteen minutes for my food. I was very disappointed.
Place does not take regular orders. We drove all the way here to place an order only to be met with having to do an online order on doordash. Very dissapointing. I don't understand the logic by that and I wish it would already be on Google so we didn't waste our time.
Not a fan of up charges, that's not explained at ordering. Your shakes are much smaller but charge more than the other fast food restaurants. Don't think I'll be back for a while.
