I love Checkers restaurant food. However, the service at this restaurant is hit or miss. Generally I've had decent service, but today it was slow and rude. The AI Robot was quick and accurate, but when I got to the takeout window, it all fell apart.
Oh, and if you happen to order the classic wings, plan on a long wait. They have to pluck the chicken first.

Sarah, who I believe is the manager, was amazing. She fixed the slushie machine so I could get my girlfriend one and made my food fresh even when the place was backed up. 10/10 recommend!! thank you Sarah!! You made my night.
This is my first visit to this Checkers store. We ordered wings and a couple of ranch cups. Despite paying for the ranch, we were not given any ranch in exchange. When we questioned the manager where our ranch cups were, she said that they were in the bag, and we would have to pay extra for more. She shut the window on us and refused to let us respond. We waited until a team member arrived at the window, at which point he informed us that we would need to pay for additional ranch. We tried to show the receipt to them, and they would not take it. However, the ranch cups we had already paid for were never given to us. They refused to give them to us, and in the end, the ostensibly harsh manager gave it to us. Not sure if she was having a bad day but this is no way to treat customers.
The manager Sarah that I see normally working nights is awesome. She goes above and beyond and I she handles the stress of having 3 active windows incredibly well. I'm doordashing today 10May2024 @ ~2am and she's handling the rush very, very well. Props to her!!!
The manager Ms Sara made sure our food was freshly cooked. She was super kind and had a bright smile for us. We were passing through from out of town and she made our trip by taking care of us.
We ordered food. Talked to a robot. And they messed up hour order completely. Then blamed up.lol. waiting 25 minutes in a fast food restaurant. Never going through there again.
The drive-through lady gets 5 stars for customer service. She was professional and polite to the rude person ordering while I was waiting for my order. Very impressed!
