i love this checkers ive been coming for years but this lady who i assume just started working there recently (haven't seen her until recently) really sucks. white lady who doesn't say much. about a week ago my boyfriend waited 20 minutes for his food and then she gave it to him cold. i did the drive thru and my food was cold and she had an attitude with me. i will be asking her name next time i see her and updating this review because she obviously doesn't care what happens
So, I've actually already left a complaint with corporate. However, this was absolutely unreasonable. I placed my order at 2:11 AM knowing that the store was open until 4AM. The website stated that my order would be ready by 2:16 AM. My order was for 2 checker burgers 2 chili dogs and a double checkerburger with cheese. So, not an outrageous order. I arrive at 2:18AM and they're somewhat busy but not unbelievably so. They told me that I would need to park and approach the window. No problem I just pulled around and parked. When I got to the window it was about 2:19 AM. The staff stated it would be just a moment. There were 3 other individuals in line including at least one for door dash. The door dash driver did not receive his orders for an additional 5 minutes. None of the others received their food before I did however. And when did I receive my food? At 2:59 AM. nearly 45 minutes after I had been told it would "just be a moment" and when I sat down in my car and started eating, my food was already room temperature. I'm sorry but this is absolutely unacceptable
The worst service ever I’ve been waiting on a refund for three weeks. The manager will not pick up the phone been calling horrible food old hot dog. It was just the worst customer service I ever been through and said this day they still won’t get my refund back call corporate the manager keep closing the case this is ridiculous.
By far the worst location, workers are rude and don't care about what they say infront of customers. Too busy talking and messing around to even give you time to speak at the window. No napkins or utensils given for the sloppy job they do. Went once and never going back again. I'm just glad my kids weren't in the car to hear the disrespectful conversations.
This place sucks. Not the food but the quality of the staff. Food was cold, didn’t get cheese I paid $.69 per slice for. Went to walk up window. Corporate trainer greets me with “What’s up?” I tell him, food was cold, didn’t get cheese and burger looked like it was just thrown in a bag. Was left standing outside for 15mins until the manager could clear the line. These folks will never get promoted in life due to lack of personal integrity and principle. Will never go back to any checkers. Have had bad experiences at everyone in town now, this was the last one that was decent. Manager refunded the whole order but what’s my time worth?
Me my son and his friend stopped at checkers on the way home from North Florida Regional Hospital yesterday afternoon we had been at the hospital ER all day and we're starving when we got out we decided to go to Checkers the young man that was working there was working as hard as he could and his friendliest he could be and he was working by his self running that whole restaurant he was having to wait on people as they walked up at the drive-thru and cook the food and run the cash register and the service window he was doing the best he could God bless his heart I don't understand why Checkers would put one person in that restaurant to run everything by himself this man deserves triple pay for what he was doing because there should have been three people in there doing what he was doing I have no complaints about anything to do with him the service the food just that Checkers should pay more than one person to run a restaurant
On April 22nd, I visited this Checkers location and had an exceptionally negative experience. The wait time for my food exceeded an hour, and when I inquired about the delay, a representative responded with a dismissive attitude and slammed the window in my face. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to the poor quality of service and excessive wait times.
Mánager Juan was very impolite and unpleasant.
I was genuinely concerned about the robot machine having our order incorrect when I tried to speak to someone at the window unfortunately they all closed the window in the face and did not even care to hear our concern technically asked me to leave for no given reason. When I asked for the manager he also avoided the concern.
What a horrible experience.
My roommates and I have been Checkers customers for a long time, it’s sad to say that we will never come to Checkers again.
