The food is awful. I tried to like this place. I ate in Queens, NY too and it was awful as well. Never again. The wings weren’t bad but the burger and tenders were flavorless. Idk what kind of grease those tenders were cooked in but it did nothing for the food.
First time here.
1. Messed up my order. Ordered triple, gave me double.
2. Place is nasty, kitchen is a mess.
3. Service is non existent. You stand there waiting to order while they doing their own thing. Not even a “one sec”. Then they talk to you like you owe them money ????
4. Very slow

I can gladly say that I’ve experienced there service in the morning, midday and night.
The first two shifts provided an exceptional service. From prompt & friendly service, to hot quality food. There was even a moment where I bit into a burger and reminiscent of when I first experienced Checkers in the 90s. That was a great feeling.
However night shift is a completely different place, upon arrival there’s customers waiting outside the door to backed up orders, employees looking confused and agitated when you reach the window, lack of inventory(apple pies had no cinnamon). Seen a employee digging in trash with his bare hands, which needless to say is unbecoming. In addition, I received the wrong order.
I ordered a bbq Buford’s combo, and this is what I was given.
If you’re going to go here, the earlier the better.
It took a very long time to take my order and there was only one person in front of me . The manager was very negative with a bad attitude and stated that they were doing Doordash orders and the company didn't have enough staff so the customers at the actual location had to wait . But the food was fresh and hot after such a long wait .
I stopped by with my family & tried the chili cheese fries. They were as I remembered.
The staff and the food are horrible.
Fries are overfried burgers taste like rubber stacked in two loafs of cotton,They never toast the bread and look like they are making without care everything is either under cooked or overcooked
The Staff Sucks. Rude and look like they are doing me service by just being there. They don’t talk or ask anything you just say what you want and thats it nothing. and they always forget the drink
I dont expect fast food to be the best but i do wish they cared at least a little and made atleast edible food

I liked checkers all my life but the ones in philly are pretty bad but this one for sure is one of the worst ones. I never post reviews but this restaurant needs to be fixed somehow because this is a horrible experience
The worst place place to order food from ever, I HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER. First they brought it with no drink, then about checking the order it was messed up so bad that it was impossible to eat. When i tried to communicate with the person who brought the food out, they gave me an attitude. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i’ve seen in a while. NEVER AGAIN.
I was kind of exciting to try this place, in hopes something new and tasty. At a drive thru, I started ordering. I had about 4 items, not a long list at all. In the middle of me ordering, the lady interrupts me and says, “ Just keep going” in unpleasant voice tone. I forgot about it, not a big deal. As I pull up to the window. I am not even talking about greeting, she just takes my payment. I look at the total on my receipt. Why the prices are different from the menu online. I double check with the lady at the drive thru. She shows me a finger to hold on for a second. Her manager comes in, could not explain anything. Except the prices are different, no sorry, nothing… anyways.. this place is filled with a miserable employees, who are lazy and have nasty attitude. Sorry, but nothing positive to say.. because of my personal experience..
