I pulled up and placed an order for the brisket combo and pulled up the window and had to wait for about 10 min to discover that the guy who suppose to be fixing my food is outside talking and laughing with his friends. So as I wait, the customer on the other side gets tired of waiting and left. Then as I pulled off, he(the guy who fixes the food and take your money) ran in and didn't even sanitize or wash his hands. So maybe I'll try going back another date...maybe.
They will mess up your whole order. Leave items out of order. Food will be cold by the time it gets delivered to you! Will try to give you someone else’s order! And gave us a receipt for something else that we didn’t even order! Will never order from here again . The first photo is the receipt they gave us and the second photo is what we was supposed to have.
My family and I decided to eat at this location for lunch because it was a pretty day outside. We sat at the tables and my drink spilled. I asked for refill the employer said they don’t ever give out refills. Not good service! ????????
I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon, NO pickles. Took the lady 3 times and guess what? I got freaking pickles and the sandwich was horrible! Way overcooked... dry and hard. I quit eating it and threw it in the trash. I also ordered the new parmesian and garlic fries... NO sauce and no bacon. It also took FOREVER to place and get my order. Almost 30 mins with only 3 cars ahead of me. And also didn't ring up my chocolate shake so I had to do a 2nd transaction. They are SUPER SLOW, INACCURATE & ALMOST RUDE. I will NOT return to that location.
Went to checkers for an application for my son got information from cashier. Also took my God daughter there she loves the fries. Prices are friendly.
Sometimes the food is good but other time wings and nuggets are severely over cooked making them hard as rocks.
Burgers are sometimes missing the toppings like lettuce or tomato.... which is why I ordered the item in the first place.
Windsor Spring Rd location hasn't had ice cream in 3years,i don't understand why so long,my kids use to love their ice cream!
Our order was freshly cooked and hot. Thank you to the chef.
