I asked the cashier before I bought 2 fish sandwiches were they fresh. The fish sandwiches were old and hard, I could not even bite them, they were hot and fell apart. You should not be selling old food, someone could get seriously sick.
This was a quick run!
I rarely eat fast food but Checkers is always my go-to for a quick bite & CRISPY FRIES!
The service was fast and I was in the drive-thru at max maybe a minute and 30 seconds if I were to clock it! In & out like a bank job!
The worst drive thru ever
The attendant was rude and did not allow us to order. He was rude in tone and shouting it was because we were in the ghetto. This was unacceptable as My daughter was very hungry. Management needs to revisit policy and how the attendants communicate with potential customers. I had full intention to spend money and was unable to because of the piss poor customer service.
Showed up at 2:20 am. Sat in drive through 20 minutes no answer. Myself and another car left. Not sure what's going on. You're open until 3 on Friday right?
Simple order couldn't even get that right!! I ordered the Baconzilla burger, half pound of chicken bites w/ fries and a Lrg Chocolate shake through the Uber eats App. Right away I knew it was wrong when my delivery driver gave me a drink with ice. I immediately asked about the shake and he said "that's what they gave me." I open the bag and see the bites was ok, but I was looking forward to the Burger when i made the order. And sure enough that was wrong!! I got sum plain lettuce & tomatoe cheeseburger, not the Baconzilla. Had no idea how terrible this location was through the Uber app until I seen all the reviews on here after receiving my messed up order. Never ordering from this location again.
Ps, I tried calling like 5 times right when I placed my order to see if I could get pickles on my burger and no one picked up.
Went on cashier was on phone looked at me and went to back like I wasn't even in store called after I walked out and no answer very unprofessional and this not first time
Horrible Experience! I decided to order online it all looked sooo good, mind you I've never tried Checkers before, anyway I ordered and my delivery driver was taking a bit long but it was ok. Well I was highly disappointed to say the least my stackers were so poorly made I dont even know if my strawberry cheesecake had burnt crumbs or if it was oreo cookies mixed together either way I didnt order it that way. Funnel fries looked like they were just thawed out not even fried. Worst one of all I got a straw for my shake and never received a shake.
This place is in a busy and kinda rough neighborhood. I really wanted some Checkers fries. The doors were locked and had to go through drive-thru. I found out the two young men had just locked the door for their safety. I told them that was the right thing to do and was proud of them working and doing the right thing to be safe no matter what. I really liked the attitude and personality of the cashier. He was polite.
