Checkered Flag Oil Change Shop

I cannot recommend this shop enough! We stopped though on our way to Dallas to get the oil changed. These guys were so honest! They told us our oil was clean and didn’t need to be replaced. Even went so far as to show us how clean. They checked our transmission fluid and told us our tires were overinflated. Guys, if you live in chickasha, I would recommend them as your go to oil change etc shop! We don’t have many of these honest people anymore! Thank you Checkered Flag!

Not to happy with this place.

They have changed all there help and informed me that I could no longer purchase oil and filters myself and bring in for a service.

And on top of that in cost $50.00 to have them service my vehicle Thursday.

That is without any of there cheap filters and all they did was change oil grease the front-end and and check the differential.

Sorry I can do all that myself.

Very good and quick service. Amazing customer service. Very kind. He even offered to help us change our light that's out. We didn't have time to go get a new light, unfortunately, but I will defintely remember that next time I need to pick someone for my oil change.

I went to get my oil changed and I was very happy with my experience they were very polite and courteous to me and explained everything that needed to be done and how much it would cost before they did it

I took my 2013 Acura in for a routine oil change and they persistently tried to sell me filters and brakes, all of which I can change or have my own mechanic who I use. After they completed my oil change my vehicle failed to start (after it had just started no issues 5 minutes prior) wnd they then informed me that my battery indicator was showing black and that my battery was dead and would need to be changed. They could do that for $150 or they could jump it and I could go to the local Interstate Battery location. They very much wanted me to purchase a battery from them. I declined and took my car to Interstate where I not only witnessed that my indicator light was GREEN but after several tests, the tech informed me that my battery was in perfect working condition. I absolutely believe they tried to scam me and tampered with my vehicle, because I wouldn't allow them to add almost $250 worth of extras and also because I am woman. I will never use them again.

Stephen was very Rude. When I requested full SYNTHETIC I was told "I know, that is what it takes". First, full synthetic is not what is required. Conventional with a synthetic additive. I was asked if I would like an oil cleaner ran thrugh my engine. When I replied no I was met with the response"well, your oil will be black after it is changed. I was shown my air filter, which was replaced a week ago by myself, and told it needed replaced. When I told him I did not want it replaced I was looked at like I was an idiot, Stephen sighed and threw my air filter on the dirty shop floor. When I told him to pick my filter up he stated that was the high tech way they check to see if they need replaced.Really? If that was the case, why did he not throw it on the floor and test it before he showed me my clean air filter. He then wrote on the receipt to never service my vehicle again.115.00 for a 6 quart oil change, No problem. And then my receipt was marked as air filter was alright. I will be taking my truck to another shop due to my discomfort of not knowing if it was done right or if the correct amount of fluid is in it. An added note, when I checked my air box 2 screws were missing.

These are the most honest guys I've ever met told them I needed an oil change they checked the oil it wasn't dark enough they told me I could go at least another thousand miles before I needed an oil change I was so impressed.

James was very courteous and professional I reccomend checkered flag to anyone in need of an service with their vehicle fast and friendly service awesome experience glad to see people are still about excellent customer service.
