The drivers was very professional. I had to have surgery he made sure I made it in time to my appointment then the driver who picked us up made it a stop to get my needed medication and then home. Thank you to the drivers. Y’all did a great job
$120 from downtown to cross the border into Windsor only, and I paid the toll. There is something wrong with that. I was told it was because of some standard fare they have, but I'm pretty sure Uber would be worth checking for this trip. Nice enough driver, but the fare was over the top
Very good service, got to my destination cross border very easily and driver was nice and courteous, would definitely recommend it. Dispatch was also nice and communications were prompt and easy.
The ride was very smooth and pleasant. However I don't be too satisfied with having to wait 20 and 30 + minutes for a cab to even arrive.
The driver was rude when he called to verify my request for a cab after I’ve already been waiting for 35mins he stated there will be another 9mins before he got there…I simply ordered a Lyft 4mins out checker is the worst to be so expensive
Called for cab @ 10:15 for a 15 minute ride to Henry Ford Outer Dr.The driver never showed up to get me @ my senior living apt building.Tenants I spoke with in the bldg informed me that when at my cab/ride service request never tell them that the fare would be paid with my Social Security debit card, For the drivers feel that they would not be tipped.Not a nice way to treat us Retired US Elders! I got a ride to the Hospital for my office visit and I Got Tip The Rude Checker Cab Rejects! GO Home!

Driver picked me up outside of St. Andrew's Hall last night. I told him I was staying in Windsor (Canada) and he said that was fine, he has a passport. He told me it was cash only. I said fine. Keep in mind that there was ZERO traffic, so the entire trip took about 12 minutes. $95 is what he charged me for a four mile cab ride with no traffic and a very quick border crossing, AND I paid the toll for the tunnel. He said, "It's a company fare. You can call and ask them." Funny, though, because he never turned on the meter!
Hey, Checker, if you have a guy who moved here from Bangladesh 40 years ago, he's stealing from you and ripping people off in your cab. And if $95 is your company rate, I'm sticking with Uber from now on. It was $20 American for the trip over with them (including a $5 tip), and $95 for you (that was before any tip) on the way back.
Yes, I should have asked how much before we left, but overcharging a little wouldn't have earned this review.
