They never answer..if I hadn't called for the millionth time I'd have thought they were out of business.. but when someone finally did answer, they told me that they only had one car for the whole city.. that is unacceptable for a so-called cab company!!
They were quick to pick me up and got me to where I was going quickly. However, when I needed a ride back home, they didn't answer the phone. I called 3 or 4 times. I'm 48 years old. I have fibromyalgia, degenerative bone disease and other health problems.
I ended up having to walk a mile and a half home.
I can’t speak for the other folks who have left bad reviews. I can say that from beginning to end they took care of me just fine. I had to have my mother picked up at a medical facility. They picked her up quickly the gentleman was very polite and took good care of her as she is visually impaired. We didn’t have to wait particularly long for the pickup or getting her home. Should I have another emergency pick up needed I will definitely call them.

Horrible service!! I called the night before to insure that we could be picked up at 12 noon the following day as we had a tour scheduled and paid for. No one showed up at noon so I called, the dispatcher said he would send his next available in about 15 to 30 minutes!! I explained that we would miss our tour if someone didn't show up by 12:30. Then the driver called me and promised he would try to be there. He did show up and raced to our destination, we ran in just as the tour was starting. Also, the dispatcher quoted me $11 but the driver said it was $15.90?!! Never again, totally undependable.
Giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. Waited an hour and a half for a cab. Once we were picked up, the driver drove passed the exit to Columbia, delaying us even more. We were an hour late meeting our friends. Also, whoever we spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. Will never waste my time with this company again.
Yeah, I was often broke and just to get a ride to the grocery store I'd usually have to work in all kinds of weather for the fee.
2 stars though because the driver was more reliable than the professional drivers
Called cab at 6:38 it is now 10:00 and i still have not recieved my cab. Called and talked to the manager around 8:30 and nothing has yet to happen. Worst cab service ever. I've gotton around faster in a cab in California with bumper to bumper traffic. Never using this company again. Wish i could give no stars
