Checker Cab

Best driver ever & he was on time right to the minute to pick me up. When I called to be picked up, I didn't even have to wait 5 mins. Really super nice guy. Everyone I talked to at this company was great.

Call Uber, call a friend, take the bus, ride a bike, walk, skip, jump but .. don't call Checker Cab. Checkered is more like!

Get a load of this. Put on your muck boots and mask. It's gonna get stanky up in heah!

Because the thing I spoke to, who obviously should of been the "cabbie", because "man" believed that I was dependent upon " Checker to get to the COURTHOUSE, (called for service plenty ahead for 5 mile stitch to the Courthouse. for 9 AM docket. ),he pulls this mess:

Checkered "man" says *I'll be there at 8:30(am)" 8:35... no Checker cab.

Call, inquire, " man says *15 minutes* till he's coming....

"Are you sure?"

He gets rude "Ma'am I told you I'd be there"

"Yes, well, you said that last time."

He blows! Like he's BEEN WAITING FOR THE CHANCE and working it up!! Launches into a tirade.

IT was just like an Abusive partner. Which I refuse to have any part of. Like he's literally insane.

I mean he's SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS

Now let me cut in and say...I am certain that because he just KNEW I was dependent upon Checker Cab to make it to court and he was going to get his sociopathic... Maybe psychopathic... rocks off on ME.

. . I was not and never would be dependent upon that ... Checker or that "man" .

I'm glad He do has options.

That's why I asked. I was just going to facilitate My way with a different option!

Everyone but the thing at checker will be glad to know, I made it, in plenty of time, and all turned out very well ???? praise God

It was a traffick ticket.

I only cane and told what I experienced today because I feel this man is not safe to ride with. I wouldn't have gotten in that can with him after he behaved as he did because he proved he has no regard for Me or my life. Maybe that extends to all ladies. LGTBQ INCLUSIVE ❣️???? MAYBE TO FELLAS TOO. BE CAREFUL IUT THERE BELOVED ????

I've always had great drivers with this company and they do care about their vehicles. My only complaint is when they remind me at times that they have nobody available or they go to voicemail.

Company will arrive 30 mins late

Then get mad when you move location. They will also take that personal and block your number while they still drive around.

Absolutely the worst cab completely I have ever had the displeasure of trying to use. I have MS and can't walk very far and iv tried to use them to get to two different doctors appointments "I always call over a hour in advance" and both times iv been told they would be there in 30 minutes and no one has shown up. The very few times they have shown up the vehicle was in horrible condition and smelled like an ashtray! And when you call "if they even answer" they are extremely unprofessional and rude. I can't say enough about how much I despise this cab company...if you can even call it that.

I've never had such bad customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was simply asking if they could pick me and my grandmother up and the dispatcher was rude, kept rushing me, cutting me off, and acted like I was wasting their time with my request. Please just stick to Uber people. Somehow, our local residents are much more kind and available than this business.

I attempted to use the taxi service early this morning. I had called around 9pm the night before and was able to get someone on the line. I asked them if they would be able to pick me up at 4:30 am to get me to the airport in time for my flight. The lady said no problem. we are set for 4:30 am pickup, I asked for a confirmation and estimated cost . First red flag no confirmation number. The cost whatever I just needed to get to the airport. so I wake up at 4 am and think let me give them a call to make sure someone is on the way. Direct to a voice mail that is full so the call gets disconnected. I call for around ten more times. Finally a lady answers and it is 5 am at this time. I ask I am waiting on a pick up i called in last night and the woman said I am at the airport I never got a pick up for 4:30 am today . The lady sounded just like the one that took my request. I would stay FAR FAR Away from this company if it is for anything time specific. I ended up getting lucky when at 5:30 an uber driver took my ride request, made it to the airport with 15min to boarding ng gave the driver a huge tip for saving my flight. The driver arrived quickly I will give them that, but the ride was terrifying. Abrupt throttle and braking. Almost crossed the double yellow many times. Slammed on the brakes well after a light turned red. I wouldn't be surprised if the driver was under the influence of some type of drugs or alcohol.
