I love this place so friendly, clean, beautiful atmosphere and you get the best service. They really can do your hair. Any hair, no hair you come out feeling like a queen. They are my Hairdressers. It's for the mature and play no games. ???? Percent rating.

The owner Miss Reese has a bad attitude. When I get to my appointment I repeated the services that I wanted. When I get in her chair she does something else. When I corrected her she gets an attitude and makes up lies and tries to say that I asked for something else, literally lying to my face and putting words in my mouth when I know I don't even speak like that. She needs to be mature enough and learn that if she makes a mistake to own up to it and apologize to the paying customer. After my hair was done, it was done to perfection. I had a meeting with her in her Salon to let her know how I felt about my experience there. I feel as though that her customer service etiquette is poor, rude and leaves a lot to be desired. I would think that when you own a business you want the customer to come back so that you can keep your business going, but clearly that's not the business that she is in. I feel like she bases her business on personality, if she likes you or not, and not dealing with the issue at hand. I let her know that I could take my money elsewhere and get treated better. I am an African-American woman and I let her know that is difficult to go to salons like hers because of the expected argumentative attitude like hers. She thinks she can talk down to you like a child. I let her know that I have been going to salons for years and I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism. I will never go to her Salon again.

This Salon was referred to me by my daughter and they do a exceptional job of hair styling. They are very friendly and sociable and make 4 a very relaxing experience and I walked away very pleased with my new look.

I frequently have my hair styled at Chay La Ree's Hair Design and I am very pleased with their service. My hair was short, broken-off, and had bald spots and I desperately needed a quality hair treatment. Rese gave me the greatest cut, color, treatment, and style. It is so easy to take care of now. I trust her professional judgement. Janey is also an amazing stylist. She listenes and customizes color and cut perfect for how ladies and men were their hair today. They even take the extra time to teach a few new easy ways to style your hair at home. I highly recommend Chay La Ree's Hair Design. Thank you Rese and Janey. You are the BEST!

I’ve been coming to this shop for about 10 years now! Ms.Reese is my primary stylist and does a great job every time.

Every time I leave the shop people are asking who and where do I get my hair done. The staff is always friendly, and professional.

Really disappointed. I showed the hair dresser pictures of what I wanted which was clearly feeder braids. She did some weird under braid that was NOT the sleek thin to thick braids i wanted. After she was finished and I saw what she had done, I told her it wasnt what I wanted. She responded with, "Those are feeder braids, you didn't say you wanted that" and made NO attempts to amend or fix the situation. She just shrugged her shoulders. I could literally cry. I showed you pictures of what I wanted how could you be so greedy and cold. Hair dressers please learn from this and make sure you try to make amends with an unhappy customer. I WILL NEVER go back and I will always remember this.
