Best WLM Reviews
Horrible costumer service! Called around noon yesterday due to a flat (nail) person I spoke to stated he was in NJ that it would be about 3 hours before they could check it out- ok no problem. He asked to send the car’s location to a different number- ok no problem. Knowing they closed at 6 I texted the number around 4PM asking for an update- didn’t get an answer back, ok no problem. Called about 5:30 and the person literally goes OMG I forgot to forward your information to the worker but I still want to help you out give me 40 minutes. Long story short my tire didn’t get patched until almost 8PM and on top of it they charged $120
Service is horrible! I’m so mad this is the only tire shop near me! They will literally walk right by you while your standing there waiting on service and it seems like they only acknowledge Latinas when they pull up
Fantastic customer service!
