I would highly recommend Charris Transportation if you need non-emergency transport. Miss Rosalind took great care of us this year when a family member was wheelchair bound after a hospital stay and needed to be transported home. She arranged transport with less than 24 hours notice. She was very kind, compassionate, and drove safely with our loved one. Thank you for great service!
Extremely professional, courteous and sensitive to my mother’s transport needs. They were very accommodating during the scheduling of the transport, as it was a fluid target due to coordination efforts with the location she was being transported to. Can’t thank you all enough! Great job!!!
I feel very fortunate to have found Charris Transportation. I needed transportation to and from the oral surgeon's office where I would be getting sedation. Setting things up with Rosalind, the owner, was easy. She is professional with a caring attitude. Charris essentially provides whatever help one needs, staying with the client if necessary, personally assisting with ambulation, wheelchair or stretcher, etc. I was picked up on time and safely driven to my destination. The vehicle was immaculate. When my procedure was over, I was picked up and taken home. There was no waiting. Rosalind took me, Shirley brought me home. Really nice,
professional, and caring people. I will definitely be using Charris again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
I didn’t even know that Surgery Attendant concierge service was available. I had an outstanding customer service experience with Charris Transportation in Atlanta.Nurse Shirley was the best ! What a great service. My driver was so absolutely sweet and a great conversationist. I had a dental procedure where I needed anesthesia and I live 90 min drive away, so it was easier to just get a hotel and a driver. She made it so simple. I would recommend them to anyone.
What more can I say. The service was prompt, professional, and safely returned my mother. The owner was amazing and a great listener when I first reached out. I was researching a company that would provide affordable, and professional transportation for my elderly mother, after the company I had used for many years, started to over charge, and gouge the price for my mother’s transportation. I then discovered Charris. Affordable, and professional.I highly recommend Charris Transportion.
We had to get transportation for my mother who is weak from being hospitalized for 2 weeks. We initially wanted a stretcher transport due to her unable to walk to my surprise the out of pocket fee was $350-$400 (not covered by insurance for just doctor appointment). I find Charris transportation online. The driver Roderick was on time and polite. He made sure the van temperature for my mom was to her liking. I will definitely use the service again. We have a follow up appointment in two week if mom is unable to walk at time, I will be sure to call them. Thanks again for impeccable service.
