This place has the vibes of a hospital waiting room.

I got a chicken enchilada and it was alright. My husband got carne asada fries and kept using the word "interesting" to describe them. My FIL got a shrimp burrito and was in love with it.

We also got chips and guac as a side and it was like chips covered in unmelted shredded cheese with guac throughout not what I expected and not what I would ever want personally.

They have a 24 hour drive through so maybe that's more of where the business is focused on.

I personally wouldn't come back here again.

Generous portions and the food has always been fresh and warm. The service isn't exceptional and there are times where the wait times have been long. Restaurant is always clean. One of the only 24 hour dine in options in Tucson.

I usually have good experiences with this place but today was the first bad experience, The Bandito burrito did not come the way its advertised on the online menu and photos, have u ever anticipated something that you could not wait to taste because the picture looks so damn good? Only for it to arrive in a crumpled wrapper and not what was advertised. Disappointing.

Wow! HUGE portions, super tasty! Even the rice had excellent flavor. Carne Asada meat was seasoned perfectly, tender, not chewy or fatty. I had the carne asada tots, whoa, where are the tots, in a good way, of course. So much meat, cheese and deliciousness. Believe it or not, the tots were still crispy even after the blanket of goodness smothered on top, steaming away in a styrofoam container. That is amazing! My first food experience in Tuscon, wow, my tastebuds are ready....bring it Tuscon!

Put guacamole on my plate when I specifically said no guacamole!! I noticed when I drove home ( I live a good 20 minutes away)I’m allergic I tried to scoop it out but it was literally on everything so I had to throw it away. Called the store to tell them, and the guy said come and he’ll replace it and I said I live too far maybe tomorrow. Does this guy not say to me “ keep the order or else you’re not getting another “ Dude you messed up the order don’t act like you’re doing me a favour by replacing the food. This food is In no condition to be served again especially not the next day! Watch out guys.

They used to have great service and food when they first opened, we had been regulars since then. In the last few months it's been a struggle to get the food right, to get the pricing right as they seem to over charge and give the wrong food, and to get the customer service right, not to mention one evening our whole family got incredibly sick after eating there. It's a real shame that they couldn't keep it together. Another one bites the dust, wouldn't recommend... any longer.

Young man at the drive through had a very difficult time understanding a relatively simple order (carne asada fries, carne asada torta, shrimp burtito). When we got home, discovered shrimp burrito was actually some type of gigantic steak burrito. It was good but not what I ordered.

What a great place this is! Clean, clean, clean and huge portions of the best Mexican food I’ve had north of la frontera. This place should be packed with diners! Check it out! Friendly professional service makes it an even better dining experience.
