I booked with her originally through style seat but after she got in contact with I cancelled through the app but kept the appointment. That was one mistake. I didn’t have time to really look at my hair when she finished because she had someone else waiting and I had to rush to work. When I got off I had a terrible surprise. I’ve gotten a vixen many times before and what I saw in the mirror was not that. There was waaaay too much leave out and it was extremely bumpy. I understand my hair is thick and sometimes unruly but turn me away if you’re unable DONT play in my hair for $185. She barely braid any of my hair. She offered to fix it for an additional charge of $60. After showing someone else they told me to take it out immediately. Everyone who has seen it has told me it looked awful. The takedown was a nightmare. So much thread and the braid was a joke. Incredibly thick, the parting wasn’t neat, and the amount of leave out was diabolical. I’m so disappointed in this hairstyle and obviously won’t book again. I wish I was able to get a refund this is the worst my hair has even looked.

Had an amazing experience at Charmed Beauty Salon! The stylist there is a superstar. She didn't just wash my hair, she gave it the royal treatment. And when it came to my locks, she was all about precision and patience, taking her time to lock and re-twist each one with care. You can tell she loves what she does. Left the salon feeling great, my locks have never looked better. Seriously, if you want someone who knows their stuff and makes your hair a priority, this is the place to go.

Charm did a great job on my hair, not only is she knowledgeable about haircare, but she is in tune with her craft getting the job done in a timely professional manner. She is also a business owner which makes it more comfortable to work with her. Thank you Charm, see you next month!

I truly tell you that this was the best hair appointment I have every had. The young lady was so nice and friendly. She did a side part sew in in my hair. She did the sew in so fast and perfect and cut and styled it so beautiful. The experience was so great that if it is God will I will be going back to her from now own getting my hair did. Her prices are reasonable to. I will be telling every one I know about her services. After my daughter saw my hair she said she will be making a appointment.

I went to Charmed Beauty Salon for the first time and Charm did my hair for me. She was so very nice and easy to talk to. She help me with styles that I could do with my new hair and how to take care of it. She was so very helpful. My hair looks so damn good!!!! Charm was amazing and very professional. She was able to work around my hectic schedule on short notice to get me right. She is officially my new hair stylist. If you don’t believe me try her out, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Thank you so much! I went to this beautiful women's hair salon after having my butterfly locks in for months and were dreaded into the weave. She not only got my hair out of the dreads without complaining but she also gave me a wash and blow out. I highly recommend she is awesome! Hopefully she stick to being my hair stylist because I need her !
