Nothing against Svetlana's skills, but the timing for some people matters. I booked an appointment with Svetlana several days before, asked my boss to take some time off from work, spent 30 minutes to get to the salon, came on time. When I saw she was late for my appointment, I asked her how long I still should wait, and she told me that she can cut my hair only in one hour and 15 minutes. When I asked her why she didn't notify it earlier, she said "This is the way we work". No appologies, nothing... very dissaponted. Best not to take appointments if there is a problem with time management.
I came to the salon for a balayage. Svetlana did an amazing job! She is very kind and very professional. I love the result, got many compliments already and my friends will go to her soon to! So if you are looking for a balayage in Brussels, this is the place to go to!
Svetlana and her colleagues are really professionals. She is a magician of hair dye. She always knows what to mix and how to do it in order to get the perfect shade. She is very thorough and detail oriented. I've been going to her for hair dying for several months now and I've always left her salon so satisfied with the results! Totally recommended!

I love Carme salon and there is many reasons of that. First, you are coming inside and you feel yourself very comfortable there is large sofa to seat, immediately you will be offered Free WiFi. Second, even if the weather is gloomy and sad, here your mood will be changed at once as interior is done in a very smart way, it give you positive motivation as well as Charme team is welcoming you in polite and friendly way. But now the most important part - haircuts n rest of girls beauty tricks. What I like that before you start doing any treatment of your hair you can discuss your ideas with Master and she will explain clear well if it fits your hair or your face type. So she always helps you to avoid mistakes in colouring or cuting hair. It's great!!! So many times she saved me from mistakes ... otherwise I would lose my hair n become bald :) also here is good treatment for your hair if it's weak or dry or... Master always pays lot of attention for every client. Also here is good male haircut master , manicure and pedicure with wide choice of colours. And one more solid reason to come here is Price. Very affordable prices!!! So after all you leave Charme Salon with beautiful hair, good sunny mood!!! Highly recommended!
