The most trust worthy, ethical, honest and fair priced shop who delivered excellent service and work at fair prices and my auto
looked great! The owner has an excellent reputation and i highly recommend his business.
Russ and his guys did a awesome repair on my wife’s car. They will definitely be my shop for bodywork and paint. I would highly recommend them .
I stopped by to get an estimate on fixing my front bumper of my Nissan Versa where I had popped it loose, catching it on a curb. Nice Guy said if I had 10 minutes he thought he could fix it. He did. I was waiting on an estimate from another place that took pictures and had not called me back yet. Highly recommend Charlton Auto Body.
My husband had his beautiful C5 corvette painted here, we couldn't be happier. These guys truly know their stuff, we recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for taking such great care of her ????????????
They have done work for me several times. Always worth the wait because they do such fine work. Always given a fair deal. I will use them in the future without a doubt. Wayne was extra helpful. Thanks
The most amazing shop I've ever done business with! Mr. Thompson made the whole process - including filing the insurance paperwork - so easy & the rental car was clean & neat, too. Upon return, our dually was clean, neat, and the body work was flawless! Charlton Auto Body is one reason we chose Folkston! Thank you so much for such great work!
"Your Business Is As Good As Your Word"
Took my truck here & owner Russ Thompson looked it over gave us an estimate & let us know he wouldn't be able to start on it for a couple weeks, we were fine with that and left my truck, few weeks later we call to check progress and he said he had some insurance jobs came in it would be a couple more weeks before he could start on mine, few weeks later call again he said he was going to see his father out of state for a week and when he got back he was going to hold off on insurance jobs and clean his yard up (which was my truck and a couple others) few weeks later drive by and see my truck in the same spot in the corner of the yard untouched, call again and now the story is he had 18 insurance claims come in and he wouldn't be able to my truck or a couple others he had there(as if that's supposed to make us feel better) and we would need to get our vehicle
I Definitely would NOT Recommend going here, especially if you are a cash paying customer
We've used them twice and they did just what was supposed to be done and in a timely fashion! Honest and very respectful people ????
