On May 23rd at 7:11 school bus number 108 ran a red light on Wilkinson blvd at 485. Your driver had kids on the bus. Your drivers have been out of control and whomever manages them does not listen to complaints. They have cameras on the bus. Watch it and fire these people. PARENTS IF YOU HAVE COMPLAINTS GO TO THE STATE NOT THE SUPERVISOR, SHE HAS HAD TOO MANY CHANCES.
Bus #1753 on February 20th around 8:20 AM was driving South on South Blvd. The bus driver drove up behind someone who was going a safe speed and decided to tailgate them about 2 feet behind their bumper. The call center was unresponsive so I’m leaving this review hoping that someone talks to this bus driver and tells them to drive safely. Hopefully there were no kids on the bus.
This was my child’s first year of school she has been so excited to ride the bus only to have nothing but problems. First two older boys were messing with her, then the bus driver dropped the kids off at the wrong stop over half a mile away and told them to stick together when my child blatantly told her she didn’t know where she was, and then this morning closed the door in my child’s face as she standing at the bus stop. Respectfully y’all do not care about our kids. Y’all let them off wherever create so much emotional damage. Why would you shut the door in her face. Thennnn blamed my child for being picked on because she didn’t know that she was supposed to be at the front. She didn’t ride the bus for the first few weeks why because y’all are unorganized. So why should a child be bullied and blamed because the adults couldn’t control the situation. The absolute worst school transport ever. Y’all really need to do much better behind peoples kids. Then let’s not get on the fact that a bus driver dropped a whole stop of kids over a mile away told them to stick together and no one ever corrected her. She should’ve been fired. Transportation couldn’t even follow up about the situation and never has.
Transportation is horrible. The people working there are horrible . They lie about the bus driver’s whereabouts and arrival times. My daughter and I were at the bus stop today , before the scheduled pick up time and the driver did not show up , there was also 3 other kids that had to walk back to their homes in the dark . This has been an ongoing issue since I moved here 1 year ago . I don’t know what to do . I don’t drive and UBER gets expensive. It’s just crazy .
I called about a driver who let elementary students out at an unprotected location.
This is a 4-way intersection . The stop signs are only on Running Deer. At the corner of Crossridge and Running Deer in the Pawtuckett Community.
She stopped at the stop sign on Running Deer with her stop sign and cross arm out. The kids (about half of a bus load) departed the bus on Running Deer and started running across CrossRidge. There was absolutely no protection on Crossridge for the children to cross the street. To top that off, she allowed a student around 8 or 10 years old to stand in the intersection and dance with no protection.
My concern is that I called and requested that they change the bus stop so all the children would be protected, as well as a follow-up email. I haven't heard a word.

Bus 1983. 3/8 around 6:30pm was tail gating a van on harris teeter church road for a few miles. Van was going the speed limit and was in the right lane. The bus was no more than 4 - 5 feet behind this van the entire time. The bus turn on John Kurk Dr behind me, and then tail gated me and I was going 5 - 10 miles over the speed limit. They were so close to my bumber I could barley see the buss's head lights and I drive a sudan. I felt so incredibly unsafe and it's a one lane road so I could not escape. Yalls call center is a mess so I'm writing this hoping you get that driver some better instruction, basic road knowledge, or a new job. He is putting others lives at risk, and possibly even children's lives.
I was trying to get a bus for my son, the first woman I spoke to said his bus stop was over 10 minutes away (driving) and he'd be picked up at 6:57am (he starts school at 9:15am), we only live 8 minutes from school...
I called back later that day and spoke to someone else thankfully, she gave me the correct information...
Almost every single morning my kids bus is 30-40 mins late making me miss my bus to take my youngest to daycare before the cut off time which made me lose my job. Cms bus transportation is very inconvenient and my kids are always late for dang on school smh don’t make no sense . My kids in the beginning use to get picked up at 7:35 , it’s 7:55 and the bus is still nowhere close to getting my kids so ofc now my youngest is missing school AGAIN very inconsiderate do tf better I’m livid
