This place Rocks!! I've used them for oil changes and breaks and other things even just to check on a sound that I didn't like coming from my engine! They are always happy to help and they're very efficient and very reasonable too! And most importantly I am a single woman and I feel very safe like I'm not going to be ripped off cuz I'm a woman and don't know any better. The main guy Rob I feel he treats me like he treats his mother. Hope you read this Rob, wanted to say thank you once again ????????????
I had a clunking noise on my truck after leaving any stop that other shops had trouble identifying. I worked with Rob to help identify the sound and location. The first time I dropped it off he didn't find it but also didn't charge me. This time I dropped it off, he found it and fixed quickly, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended!
Not good... FRAUDULENT and I Really liked these guys. Work I paid $744 for was not done completely and I stated I had no one to help rectify this problem. You suggested another procedure at $289 that may NOT work. I have paperwork, pics and suggested invoice of work I paid for that was NEVER rectified. There may or may not have been other problems but You all didn't do WHAT I PAID you for... FRUSTRATED N DISAPPOINTED ???????? I AM contacting BBB ASAP. Work was supposedly done Jan 2, 2024, Car NEVER was properly repaired.... SMDH.
Car would not start on numerous occasions and brought it in at 9am without an appointment. GOT a call few hours later that battery needs replacement and cables are corroded. Picked it up later that afternoon and is running great at a reasonable price.
They checked my tires for nails and were honest about it just being some rocks that looked like they could've been nails... I was getting ready to hit the road and wanted to make sure, and to get them patched if so. Made me feel safe and confident on my trip back to Miami. If I had needed a patch the price was right too, though I forgot if it was 20 or 25 or 30? Either way, for being located in the beach, they're not gouging the price.
Always a great experience dealing with the people at Charlie's. They do fine work at very reasonable prices. They are also exceptional at communicating, both with timely follow-up calls and with explaining what issues you might have in easy to understand terms.
A great, reliable, trustworthy shop for all of your automotive needs. I already dropped off my second car after picking up my first one if that tells you anything.
Quick. Fast. Honest!! Needed a tire repair. Could have charged an arm and leg for Holiday pricing (President’s Day), but didn’t. $28. Awesome people!
