Best WLM Reviews
Great food at affordable prices. The staff was very friendly. Will return.
We are from the frozen North(state side) and were passing through while on vacation. Looking for a good seafood restaurant near our hotel, Google reviews rated this place high so we checked it out and we are so glad we did. We both had the Large Seafood Plate and it was DELICIOUS!!! Wish Charlie’s was a franchise and located in the far northern Midwest.
The food is okay. I mean, it isn't the greatest. I placed an order through drive-through. Even though you have to pull off to the side of the road the service was pretty organized and good.
Ok so I wanted to give a 5. They changed the fries. I usually only snack on fries. Not their's. I LOVED their fries. LOVED. This last order they were completely different. Only thing that was the same was the crinkle cut????. PLEASE bring the old ones back. They were crispy and fluffy on the inside. Fried shrimp and tenders are always on point! All of their sauces are good too. UPDATE THE GOOD FRIES ARE BACK! Don't forget about the fried fish!
Best popcorn shrimp ever! It isn't just breading. The shrimp are a very nice size and seasoned to perfection. Portions are very generous, so enough for two people to share. Absolutely our favorite takeout go-to!
Its a no for me. Sad part is I knew better ! I order over the phone. Got there in 10 mins and dude at window told me to pull up. nah, Im not playing that game. Give me money back. So right then, all of a sudden my food comes out of no where. Food was trash. Fries just horrible and poboy was NOT fresh. Lettuce was nasty, everything was just yuck! The dog at the local part didn’t even want the food. Never again. Stay away from these places. Need more sista and brotha establishments on north side of town.
Tasty seafood combination platter: fried shrimp and fried catfish with potato salad, garlic bread and thick french fries which was toooo much since it came with french fries as well. Portion size was great for the price.
The food is good I been working in Lafayette for about a month and I eat here everyday definitely a place to go for is spicy but we from Louisiana it’s supposed to be spicy and the price is great for what you get
