For those that coming to Charlie’s for state inspection. Don’t waist your time yall. THEY DONT DO STATE INSPECTIONS NO MORE. Owner came out and let us know. Thank you for the service that’s been giving to me in the past
Dependable, knowledgeable, fair, excellent customer service!
Ived been coming here for few years but this time i couldn't get my inspection this year from them. Dissapointed but I'll try a new place from now on.
Charlie's is the best! Tom and crew are honest folks. Cash only for state inspections and expect a wait.
Great local shop always accommodating, honest, and polite. YES they are busy but that is a testament to their service, as well as the repeat business and referrals!
The team at Charlie's was amazing. I waited last minute to get my car inspected. I had a 2week old baby and 5 year old with me. They had me in and out so quickly. They let me wait in their work office with the AC on since I had the baby with me. They were kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and continue to use their services for any automotive needs.
Great personal & customer service, been going here 2 yrs and they are good people,Thank you Guys????????
Will never take any of my vehicles anywhere else again! Finally a honest mechanic who is very fair on all prices. And they have great customer service and will call and tell you true problem and not try to scam and rip you off by telling you that you need unnecessary repairs! Please take my advice and trust them with your car, not these other places for example my friend worked at various auto repairs and told me about unnecessary repairs and dishonest things other places did, like switching batteries and lightly disconnecting o2 sensors. Not these guys and the owner is always there and very professional and polite.
