Best WLM Reviews
great break tag service but other than that, i wouldn’t say too much . brought my car in to have work done or potentially get work done . these guys were so unprofessional with their answers. after telling them what car i have , the long haired man shook his head and said they won’t touch it . didn’t give any reference , any help. all i got was attitude from a 50 year old.
The people at Charlie’s took such great care of my mother’s cars for many years. They went above and beyond for my elderly mom. She no longer owns a car, but she still raves about Charlie’s and the people who treated her with respect and care. They always went the extra mile. Thank you Charlie and staff!
Mary’s daughter- review.
Charlie really helped us out of a bind and got our car back to us much faster than we expected. I feel like the prices were great. We bought two tires and they had them on there and back to us in a few hours. We had the car towed to his shop. They were happy to work us in and get us back on the road!
One of the most honest people I’ve dealt with in a service business. If I can give them ten stars, I would.
Super fast and INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY service. It’s a bit out of my way, but Charlie’s has a customer for life in me, now. I’ll happily make the trip for this kind of exceptional service. Thank you!
The service is great. Very trust worthy mechanics. My only complaint is that you are bombarded with political postings on the walls and windows that some would consider offensive. It doesn't matter your political affiliation or who you support (ed) in the White House, I just think everyone should feel welcomed.
The service was outstanding, excellent. Went to get the brake tag and gas. Its' the best experience I have in more than 50 years. Fast, corteous and friendly. Little heaven in Louisiana.
Rene was friendly and patched my tire quickly. Rocky has also been great for our repairs.
