The Manager working (Jim) was awesome! I had placed an online order and had ordered a shake but their machine was down. Jim was beyond kind and apologized. He recommended one of the fruit lemonades and it was so good! My food was very fresh and I truly couldn’t be upset because of Jim’s customer service. I will be back!
They need to change the person ordering food. Other than that the food is good. The milkshake though was mid. The cheesesteaks are good! The wings are good! Just ordering the food was a little difficult.
Service was slow...only 2 people working and 1 was on the drive thru.
Everything is fairly bland. Fries are undercooked, boneless wings have no seasoning so you have to rely on a sauce for flavor.
I'll give credit for lots of meat on the Philly steak but, again, poorly seasoned.
This was my 3rd visit, they struck out every time.
Apparently a lot of ppl had a bad experience here in the past but recently I've grabbed a steak and cheese with no tomato and no mushroom two times and both times it was very good and very hot, with plenty of steak.
One small bit of feedback I can give is that you shouldn't be up-selling twice. If you want to offer fries or a drink just do it once. I declined the fries saying "just the sandwich today" and got offered a drink.
Overall it seems like this place might be back on track so I'd say give em a shot.
Let me start by saying that just ordering here was an absolute nightmare. Not a single sandwich out of the 3 I ordered was correct. Then they forgot all 3 of my fries. Got home, opened up the sandwiches with the fam and BAM! none of them were correct: this is hands down the most frustrating thing when you haven’t eaten all day and it’s 9pm. Charley’s is pretty legit, but stay away from this location! I tried calling and of course…. Nobody answered… sigh. Good luck north canton! ????
Old fashioned cheesesteak is very flavorful with generous amount of fillings in the bun. Would be nicer if the sandwich had been cut in half to make it easier to handle while eating. Mango habanero sauce on the wings has a nice kick. The 6 piece order had 5 flats and only 1 drumy. Would have preferred a more even split, especially since there is an upcharge for all of one kind or the other. The sandwich came packaged in a cardboard box and the wings in a Styrofoam container.
This place is a nightmare...had chicken philly full of hair......no fries in box ice cream cone tasted one frozen water and the shake like frozen water with chcolat surup.trying to communicate with rhe people waiting on you is terrible they don't understand much English. Not going back.third time it's been this way.
The food was fine, didn’t know they charged me for large drinks ($10.50 + tax for three drinks) until I got my receipt, tried to give the cups back and ask for smaller drinks and the manager came up front and started arguing with me and said he could not refund any money and I should of asked for smaller drinks. Instead of trying to make the situation right, all he wanted to do was argue. I won’t be back to that location.
