Basic dry cheesesteak almost choked me to death, staff is rude and disrespectful. There was a fan blocking the menu and the person who took my order has poor listening skills. Some man basically threw my order at me because I lost my receipt and wasn’t positive that my order was being called, they simply just called out a number. Even giving 0 stars is much more than they deserve. Hated my experience and ruined my appetite.
I got the Philly cheese steak with Bacon cheese fries now the fries wasn’t cooked all the way so I can’t eat it. The sandwich was good and the Stawberry lemonade was fie ????
First off it was a bunch young teenagers working yelling at each other , they were using the same gloves with everything they touched!!! Not customer friendly at all . The young teens needs to be trained properly. If I were a mistery shopper everyone would have failed . They had no lettuce just smh !!! They need to retrain everyone there !! Now I see why chic Fila will always win ???? with customer service & I see why they do they have a different training process !!!
Definitely a mess going on here.
Order #41 at 4:07pm today was a mess.
I ordered the chicken philly special for $5.99.
I asked that it had no onions and added mushrooms.
Team member did not follow instructions and order came with onions.
I had to go back and ask for a replacement.
Once I did, I had to wait a good amount of time to get the sandwich as team members had no clue where my order was.
Picture shows all the onions I had to pull off the order before returning.
I hate to complain but Pembroke Pines location is atrocious!!! I would rate it a 0 star if I could! There were crumbs and oil marks everywhere the glass window was so dirty it looks like it’s never been cleaned. This is the only place in the whole food court that looks like this, I’m surprised they even passed there health inspection because this looks like Roach Central ????
Charley’s is a great place to eat great chicken and beef philly subs. Great fries too.
I like charley's philly steak place all the time. This place is different I order for large chicken philly and combo for $2.99..and when I saw my bill it had extra $0.70 cents and u asked why then girl said because i asked for large chicken philly i said that right but not for large fries and drinks then she said its goes automatically but I just ask for regular combo so u have to give me regular size dont need to charge extra $0.70 cents ..any fast food place u go they WILL ASK YOU DO YOU WANT TO MAKE IT LARGE FOR EXTRA $ BUT NOT THIS PLACE so be careful if u dont wont then dont thorw ur money like that...I got refund but still lost $0.20 cents...its not about price its abt services and what you want and where you want to spend ur $$..
I have been going to the location in Pembroke Lakes mall for years with no complaints. But recently I have noticed that the wait time can get long on a Saturday because the person taking the orders have to stop an d deal with persons coming to pick-ups. There are 3 workers on the cookline, and someone in the back why can't someone assist the person at the register when there are orders being picked up?
