Headed back home to Tampa, I stopped by this location and needed to say I was so impressed with the fast service, the great customer service and to top it off my food was delicious. Not to forget my daughters enjoy her free Oreo snack. I will be back soon. Thanks for your service!!!
Tonya took my order at 2 minutes to closing and I said I was going to “not be that person” and keep them working as they’re closing. She instantly said for me to place my order and to not worry about the time. That made me instantly fall in love with her haha such great customer service. She even gave my dog a little treat through the take out window. 5 stars across the board. My food came out absolutely perfect and delicious. Thank you Tonya for providing such excellent and personable service. I’ll be coming back for more!!!
The quality was freshy juicy and very tasty
but We ordered 1 chicken teriyaki meal, didn't receive the sweet tea. I ordered the old school cheesesteak add banna peppers, there was no banana peppers on it. I received my.order ahead of time so maybe there just rushing to fast. But food did taste excellent ????
Jackie has helped my family the two times I have been here so far. She is an amazing employee and really helps with our first time. She is extremely friendly and always seems to have the time for guests. 10/10 drive through experience and 10/10 inside experience would recommend.
Food is sometimes good. Other times very sub par or just downright bad. Really depends who is working it seems. Completely inconsistent quality. Also nearly every time I have bought food here. I have been up-charged for things that are advertised included with the food. Like ranch with boneless chicken wings kids meal. I really can’t suggest you go here unless you want to gamble on the quality of the food. Some subs i got have been good. Others had almost no meat. Too much sauce and either no lettuce or rotten lettuce.
I went in today to grab some food real quick and Steven took my order. He greeted me real well and was so nice talking to. His service is a 10/10 and he definitely deserves a raise. He got my food out to me in a timely manner and the food was hot and delicious. Definitely recommend this place.
Every time I have been here they treat me so well, although I’ve never dined in, take out never disappoints. They’re fast, thorough, and the food is amazing and fresh. Tonight she opened the drive through window and said “I made it all with love”. Literally love them all. 11/10 recommend.
Amazing service... The store manager Tanya is just awesome... had a great sense of ownership and accountability. I also asked her if she owned the place because she was just so passionate about the store. Just a great experience!
