Ordered my first ever Philly cheesesteak sandwich, Wow! Why hadn't I ordered this variety of sandwich ever before in my life? Maybe because I'm from Chicago, but this sandwich at Charlie's is so delicious I'll order cheesesteaks from now on. I hope other restaurants can make a Philly sandwich this good. And that was the best chocolate shake I've had in a very very long time.
Good food, clean lobby & very friendly staff, manager took our order & was pleasant to talk to. Definitely will be back!
Food was hot and fresh and so tasty! Plenty of meat on my sandwich. Very clean (important for restaurants and hotels for us) and comfortable atmosphere. Will be back!!!
Paid $6 to make it a meal and literally got like 13 fries. Cheesteak was good, wings were meh. Would have maybe been better with ranch. Which they didn't give or ask if we wanted! One wing meal came with sauce, the other was barely dipped (both Buffalo flavor). Spent $50 here tonight. Highly disappointed
Ordered through UberEats...1st time customer. Was excited to try their Philly....wanted everything on it EXCEPT green peppers.
Received item & I don't know who made sandwich, but the only thing on it was Steak n Cheese! I ordered it with onions, mushrooms, extra pickles & lettuce. Boy was I disappointed!! Maybe 2 pickles n never saw an onion/mushrooms n roll was very soggy! Too bad!
Food is awesome !! Fir service, cleanliness and safety I give it a 2. We went to the one in Port Richey on 19 and there was water on the floor and one of the employees said "watch out fir the water" and did nothing to clean it up ir secure the are. The tables were dirty, and when asked to wipe one down, the employee was irritated and rude. When this location first opened, it was 5 stars all around, it gas really gone down hill
The place was empty. Philly is not really a Philly cheesesteak it's not the best in the world. No peppers or the flavor was blah. The wings were not wings it's basically a big chicken round nugget. The marinara sauce was more spicy sauce. The iced tea was hot and melted the ice. I took my residents out for lunch, but it wasn't a do over. They're imitation of Philly, not the real thing.
We had the best lunch here! The manager was so friendly and checked on us. The food tasted great and we enjoyed everything. The ranch was extra good.
