First class restaurant in Norman . High quality food and service . They have a great bar and area around it as well .
The food is of high quality and at a very reasonable cost. We had the chicken fried steak which was delicious. Also have eve Quinioa salad which was delicious.
Chicken piccata with pasta was also delicious.
Service is great and the place is usually busy with a positive vibe. .highly recommend.
It was a busy Friday, but we were seated promptly, and the service was quick and good. The steak he had was great, but my favorite part was the croissant that came with my Cesar salad? It was incredible? Is something wrong with me?
Simply excellent dining experience. My Ruby Red Trout was tender, flaky, and delicious, while the vegetables were perfectly steamed! The place was packed, yet they were able to deliver our food in a timely manner.
Excellent service, Jose at the bar was awesome. Food was amazing (had the French dip highly recommend). The manager Serita checked on me during my meal to make sure everything was good. If your in the area make sure you stop by.
This was an absolutely amazing experience. I've been in the food service industry for over 14 years. And let me tell you something. Charlestons is something very unique. Very open concept kitchen. Everything is made fresh daily. Every single thing was beyond perfect. Each bite was an experience. And I only wanted more. I have the shrimp scampi with asparagus and a side salad. Our waitress, Morgan, is a natural. She was so kind and knowledgeable of all menu items. I asked which dressing she would recommend. She said the champagne vingerett. And let me tell, it was on point! To some it all up, It has been the best resturant I've eaten at in years. Top notch customer service Morgan. We had a great time. And thank you for all you did and do for so many. We thank you from the bottom of our heart. Keep it up kiddo! And a shout out to the kitchen staff. Absolutely amazing food and plating!
Charleston’s is our go to! Love this place but we received the smallest $11 kids steak I’ve ever seen. That was pretty disappointing, also was given a wonky drink carrier and all my drinks fell out the bottom and busted on my garage floor.
Charleston’s is almost our go to restaurant when you want good food, a comfortable booth, and a decent atmosphere. Something I got tonight that I don’t normally get were the Pork Chops. Usually I get the Canadian Bacon Burger but not too long ago a friend recommended the pork chops. She said she gets it every single time.
She was right. They’re really good. They have a great smokey flavor. I got mine cooked medium and I get the carrots in place of the beans because they’re to die for. I don’t care for green onions and they’re all mixed in the mashed potatoes so if you don’t care for them either, you might want to consider another side. Last thing I’ll say is you get a lot of food with this dish. You get two full-size pork chops and they’re thick. There’s a little bit of bone but they are mostly all meat so if you’re hungry this is a good dish to get.
My wife always gets the chicken piccata and loves it. She gets it without pasta and just does extra vegetables along some extra lemon caper sauce.
Delicious steak and friendly staff. I sat at the bar and ordered the top sirloin, no potato but added veggie medley, and a Caesar salad. Everything was great! Very comfortable atmosphere as well.
