First off I went in last Thursday because I was going to have a birthday celebration with my friends, but due to the rainy weather for Saturday I had to find an indoor area. I have driven by this place many times before but I’ve never gone in so I went in on Thursday night immediately was greeted by Kristen . The bartender, who is extremely sweet and I asked her what time they opened and if I could bring a party of up to 30 people in for my birthday, and she said it would be completely fine and she took my information down so that the owner could give me a call.
I actually stayed ate some food and played bingo with a DJ that plays little excerpts of songs and then you fill out your bingo card and I have to say while I was there I was very calm and I felt like this is the place that has been missing in my life and it felt good to go there alone and just have a good time
When you walk in, it’s just good vibes. You feel it.
Below are from Saturday where I had my birthday celebration and the owner Bethany had called me beforehand to confirm and said she had two waitresses who would be helping all of us and they were amazing because they had to deal with people coming in and out at different times, so I can congratulate and apply them for all their hard work ! Everyone said they had an amazing time there and that they loved it. They loved the atmosphere. They enjoyed the food. They loved the drinks especially the mimosas lol.
I’m so grateful that I was able to celebrate my birthday here and our next event we will be coming back to this place because we all had such a good time!!

Highly recommend this place
Drag Queen Bingo on Sundays at 7pm. Proceeds to benefit local 501c3 charities and the fun benefits the community. It was an amazing evening. Great food, service and FUN!!
Second time here with my hubby and I have no complaints. The food has been great!!! The patty melt I gotta say was the best one I have had of other places! The onion rings are thick and juicy. There's is a variety of music. Service was quick and very friendly. Will be back again and again for sure!
Sadly, the food here was pretty dang bad!
We all three ordered rib eye cheese steaks.
They were served cold.
The peppers were literally right out of the fridge!
They didn't bother to heat it up at all.
There was little to no cheese on it. Which is just as well because it was so cold the cheese wouldn't have melted anyway.
Also ordered fried mushrooms, pretzel bites, and crispy cheese curds. They were all just OK. But again, not very hot.
The sweet potato fries were good. Although it's a tiny portion for almost 8 dollars.
The iced tea wasn't fresh either. Which is a big turn-off for me.
I don't drink alcohol, only iced tea.
So the tea needs to be good and fresh. And it wasn't.
Music was very loud for the few people in the restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Waitress was welcoming.
Kristen is such a great bartender. She's very personable and her hospitality is unmatchable. She treats everyone who enters with positivity and makes the place even more inviting. Besides the Philly cheesesteaks honestly, she's the reason why I've been coming at this location for 10 years.
I am a Tampa Florida native born and raised, coming to Charann's was not only a part of my childhood but a part of my adulthood.
Side note, I would absolutely love it if you all would add High Noon to your collection of seltzers. Just saying, otherwise 10 out of 10 per usual!
The owner was so mean to me. I had my service dog with me in a stroller. She tried to force us to sit outside(cold day) or put her on the floor. I refused to do that as her stroller was much cleaner than her floor. May sue them for not serving us because I wouldn’t put her in the floor or go outside. Bad business decision as she lost 3. Customers and we’ll spread the word. So petty.
Good food not expensive, I was expecting a better cheese steak but it was ok, the pig out fries were very good, awesome waitress and good service, you can go outside to be with the dogs and that is a plus.
