My first time getting a manicure/ pedicure. They did me right, my feet have never felt so great, my hands look and feel amazing. I have never felt so rejuvenated before. The atmosphere is pleasant and the employees are respectful and diligent. I will definitely return, awesome experience. ???????? ????
DO NOT GO HERE ! I walked in to the location today at 5pm and it was empty , It was kinda weird to not see not one customer but after the terrible experience it all makes sense . I paid $60 for a pedicure that was very poorly done . Never have I ever left a nail salon feeling so bad about my toes , I told the nail tech to do French and she was having a hard time doing the lines , so I told her to just do white because she literally was working on my toe for 15 minutes ????. She kept getting gel polish on the sides of my nails and curing it on the UV light . Then proceed to cut off the skin around my toes this became painful and the end result looks so bad !NEVER going here again ???? also they don’t seem to sanitize the tools they use on customers bcz she literally rinsed off the thing they used to remove excess skin on feet with water only and was going to use it on someone else ???? the last picture is a picture of what my pedicures usually look like ????
Very nice nail salon. Staff was very friendly. I didn’t have to explain myself multiple times and I was able to get in and out quickly on a Sunday. Will be back!
Definitivamente este lugar se a dañado. Estuve visitando hasta hoy. Antes había una personal que me hacía las uñas hermosas muy serviciales. Pero según ellos está de vacaciones. Pero lleva de vacaciones 6 meses? Hay otro personar ahora pero muy incompetente y sin ética para trabajar con el público. Hoy me atendió una persona mayor grosera me hizo un pésimo trabajo de Dip System. Una mano me dio dos capas y en la otra tres. Luego me pasó la lima eléctrica y me las removió en algunas uñas. Le informo y me dice es normal. Tengo una mano con un color más claro y una uña que no tiene Dip solo en un lado. Me coloco una uña nueva y la corto más corta que las mías. Por más que le indicaba lo mal que estaba ella decía que estaba bien. No se si era que tenía los ojos cruzado. Pero no hizo bien el trabajo. Y se atreven a decir que la propina sea en cash. No recomiendo este lugar. El dueño debería cerrarlo.
Ive been going to this place for awhile now and this particular day was a bit off. Do not let the guy with the cut off pinky finger do your nails because he does poor work and also take too many smoke breaks. He half polished my nails on the side and my nails look like I already had them for a week or so. I kept telling him there were bubbles on my nail when he polished them, so he kept polishing over it. Then the other guy comes and bring me my receipt remind you my services isn't even complete. I get ready to pay and there was a lady in front of me complaining that she was charged a price that she didn't ask for. So the guy going back and forth with her and he finally took the price off. So I look down at my receipt and sure enough I was charged $4 for extra length! First of all I got short nails, so I told the guy and so he took a deep breathe and said ok I'll take it off. So guys just be careful and pay attention to your receipt because they try to rip you off there!
I did not have a good experience. Only one nail tech in building, she busy doing another customer pedicure. Nail tech stated she called another co-worker to come in and that they would be there in 10 mins. I waited 35 mins and same nail tech in building ended up doing my pedicure. I did not see her wash her hands prior to touching my feet. She did not put on gloves until I asked her to. The nail tech that was called in, was walking in when I was walking out. Overall bad customer service and I will not be returning.
Extremely rude. You can tell when the staff does not feel like working. I walked in it’s pretty much empty. 1 tech a male doing someone’s nail, 1 tech walking someone to the front after what I assume brow service, 1 tech sitting in the pedicure chair and 1 client sitting not being serviced.. NOBODY asked me how could they help me or what I was coming in for. I feel as though they INTENTIONALLY did not speak in hopes that I would leave. I alway come here unfortunately it’s only out of convenience because every time the experience is terrible. There is always new techs, always bad service, & I have always hated my nails. I’ve only had a decent job done once in February and I never see the guy again! The only thing this place as going is looks it’s well kept I will say that. NEVER RECOMMENDING!

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service
Because I rejected the annoying upselling, they did a rush shoddy job for a mani pedi, gossiped about me and left me there without any courtesy words that they have finished, no attempt to help me with my stuff and get me dried up. I complained at check out and hit a brick wall. My nails were messy and the lengths all over the place. I will never step in this place again.
