Ordered the bourbon burger. omg it was an amazing, excellent flavor cooked just the way I wanted it. The atmosphere is great. I sat inside, but they had a live band outside. Waitress was great, always smiling and checking on her customers. It was a great place to eat, and I definitely recommend
Food was delicious. Waiter was great. The 77 was made perfect. No complaints from us. We have gone back a few more times and still great food and awesome wait staff. We will miss this place when we move .
Good drinks. Good service. The patio has enough space between tables that you don't feel like you're sitting on eachothers laps, which is great.
Southwestern burger is delightful! Great flavor with a good sized patty.
Sampler platter is a little high in cost, but it's tasty.
Let me tell you our waitress Kara (I apologize if I spelled it wrong) was awesome. She made our experience at Champps so enjoyable. Today was our first time eating there and she made it great. My fiance ordered the Kale Salmon salad and she loved it. I ordered the slow-cooked ribs and it was delicious. We decided to order some dessert to share and it was delicious as well.. I highly recommend you check this place out. If you have the opportunity ask for Kara, nothing against the other waiter/waitress staff, she was ours and her first impression was amazing.
Our server didn't have any time for us. She abruptly put menus down, flew away and took awhile for her to come back to take our order. She had no personality. She never came back to see how things were. Never came back to see if we needed drink refills. One of the people at our table had to get up and go to the bar to get a different drink because the raspberry ice teas were not good.
We had to ask another server for our checks so we could get to the movie in time. Just poor service.
Planned a family night out and picked Champps EP as we wanted to sit outside on a beautiful evening.
To our surprise, most of the tables around us had people smoking.
We asked our server and while she felt bad and questioned there was not someone in a managerial role ensuring the staff and guests were not put in an uncomfortable or unwanted situation.
Deciding to just move inside, our experience did not improve as I had to ask that someone take our order.
Overall an extremely disappointing night out.
This was a pick up delivery. Ordered hamburgers and mozzarella sticks. Service was fast and food was ready when I arrived. When I got home, the bottom bun was soggy and wet. We removed the toppings and bottom bun. The pickle juice made our bun soggy and less desirable for eating. We are less than half our burgers. I suggest ordering your toppings on the side to avoid soggy buns.
Great sports bar! I rated low for service just because everytime i go they always seem distracted. Last time, the hostess just kept looking over at a different table that they may have hosted I guess. I get the loaded grilled cheese. It has egg, ham, bacon and it is AMAZING. Also its a sports bar so it has a well defined atmosphere.
