I deliver for Door Dash 5/19/24 my Delivery is Supposed to be picked up at 5:58, it was 5:58. I tell the cashier the name of my delivery and he ask me not to rush him and continues to say before he Slaps me he continues to use curse words and tells me i’m nothing but a delivery driver he will make me late. I called the Customer explained the situation to let her know they refused to give Her the order on time.
Every time I have walked in here the front staff is going at it with the back staff. Their food was good when they first opened. Now the ribs are half cooked. The service is horrible. You gotta wait until they get through urging before you can order or pick up. The ribs are so tuff they get stuck between your teeth.
I have to say I am disappointed. Champion II was recommended to me. The rib tips and hot links were ok, but the full slab of ribs were inedible. The meat was so tough I could not eat it. It was so bad we could not even pull them apart. The meat had to be cut and chewed to death before you could even think of getting it down your throat. I was in that area visiting but live an hour away so going back was not worth it to bring the inedible ribs back. I probably would not recommend. Too expensive to be disappointed.????
For this place to be so expensive Portions are very small I got a small jerk Turkey tip with the sauce on it which didn’t have any spice to it a side of mac with Is not cheesy at all don’t have no taste and a regular tip which is the same size as a snap just in a bigger box I’m livid but Bbq sauce good
My first time visiting establishment, order rib tips and a hot links sandwich. It was delicious and tender loved it. The male employee that waited on me. Nice polite explain the menu to me and even answer my question when I ask how to get on the expressway.. also sample the turkey tips. That will be my order on the next visit.
I have been coming here since opening. Yesterday I ordered rib tips and as usual the sauce was delicious. However, the meat was tough. The last few times the meat was tough. Please cook slower and longer for the meat to get tender like it use to be!!!
Male employee was very rude & unprofessional when I tried to order a 1 pork chop dinner he said "we don't have no 1 pork chop dinner you have to get a sandwich if you only want 1 pork chop" The sign clearly offers 1 pork chop and it was Not grilled like the picture, it had dry bad tasting breading.
Thankfully a Maxwell Street polish stand is opening right down the street where I know I can get a good grilled pork chop
Out of all the times I've been
there this is the only issue I've had. Tonight I ordered a Large link combo. First piece of bread I use has a long strand of hair in it. Just got off work, too tired to go back. Disappointed but only specifically in this order, I'd still recommend this location but it'll be a long time before I go back now.

Went back a few times since my last review with no issues. But of course people mostly write to complain... Today I ordered wings with sauce over everything with extra fries. Only the additional fries had sauce. Wings and fries in tray had nothing on them, maybe not even Lemon Pepper as requested. Still not giving up on this place because the hits are more often than the misses but the misses/mistakes are glaringly probelmatic when they do happen. Most would check to ensure their order is correct (which I will do more often now) but part of doing business is ensuring quality service as well as quality product.
