The food was delicious but 3 tortillas ain't enough for the food I was eating plus I know business is slow but the waitress has so be more accessible but the food was delicious even the pupusas

Cesar's restaurant is a hidden gem in our local dining scene. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. I recently tried their beef and vegetable soup (caldo de res) and it was a delightful surprise. Loaded with tasty veggies and tender beef that burst with flavor, it was a satisfying choice bringing back childhood memories of mom’s cooking. It's wonderful to support such a great small business. Easily give Cesar's 4 out of 5 stars and encourage everyone to stop by and experience it for themselves.

The service was excellent! Very clean environment. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Osvaldo, who gave excellent service. I had the most delicious pupusas, and my husband ordered a shrimp cocktail. It was delicious! I recommend that you try it! I will be back!
The pupusas are pretty good, the quesadillas are standard and the tacos are decent. The place is small and cozy. There is very little parking in the lot behind them (4-5 spaces) so call ahead and take food to go.
In town for the LA Marathon chose Cesar’s and I’m so glad we did! Awesome service and great food! Highly recommend!
First time there. I had the Green Wet Burrito with carne asada...
The burrito was huge and delicious. I would order it again.
