They clearly work to get your issue resolved. Good and effective service with respectful customer service. They were able to turn us around even as we showed up at the last minute.
Didn't voluntarily go here, but I was changing my caliper pin in the parking lot before they opened. My jack failed and I was stranded with my car on the ground. After asking autozone and a few people at the gas station next to it, no one was willing to lend me a jack so I waited till they opened. No big deal, I was 10 ft away from the garage door, just needed my car jacked up long enough to pop my tire back on. They opened up and I asked if they could roll out a jack real quick to help me out. I'm assuming it was the owner or management, but a loud, dismissive white man said 'sure, I'll help you out... for $25.' Then he walked away saying 'Let me know if you want it.' I really had no choice. I'd been stranded for close to an hour at that point. So they got my money for 60 sec of labor (if you can call it that). If that's how they treat strangers in need, I can't imagine how they run their actual business.
Great service!! I got a flat tire and they were super helpful and helped me fix it within 15 mins! Highly recommend!
Me and my lady friend have been taking our vehicles to Cesar Chavez Auto for a couple years now. Djohariah has recently acquired a 2014 Ford Focus. The vehicle had a good amount of things that needed to be repaired. Things such as Breaks and Break master cylinder. Many other things, hard to remember them all. The staff there are very professional and kind. They gave us all of our options and let us decide what was best for us. The Ford is like brand new now.
Was out doing Saturday morning errands when I realized I had a flat that needed patching. A neighbor recommended Cezar Chavez Service Center . They were very helpful and super fast. I was in and out in less than 30 min! Thanks for the great help!
Great guys. Honest about everything, won't waste your time or money. I have been going to their shop for ever.
Don’t go here. Took my car here for a diagnosis and told them that it’s making a loud sound and it’s probably because of the wheel bearings.
They charged me close to $200 for a diagnosis and told me that it’s the transmission that needs to be replaced and definitely not the wheel bearings. They asked me to wait a couple weeks so they can find a suitable replacement for the transmission.
After not hearing back from them for a couple weeks, I took the car to a transmission shop (Automatic Transmission Center) who did a free diagnosis and told me that the transmission is totally fine and it was a wheel bearing issue after all.
Wasted my time and money with these guys. Avoid them.
These guys are very honest and thorough. Hard to find that nowadays! They even gave me advice to switch up the gas I use. Thank you guys my car has never ran this good.
